Very very nice rooms and good service. The view from the back is absolutely breathtaking and there is a pier that the hotel resorts share and you can fish off of it or swim. Very beautiful. You can catch many jack fishNearby activities: Lots of fun nearbyWalkability: Very walkable to many places

If I could give it negative reviews I would. Very unprofessional owner. I had to cancel my reservations due to personal issues. It was in the time allowed. Emailed and called to verify. I was told by Tom he would issue a credit for the deposit. Never happened. Repeated email , calls, reached out to the card processing center they tried to get him to responded with no luck. This guy is a total j**** Taking someone money that didn't even stay there and not responding. Beware you cannot cancel you reservations unless you don't care about getting your deposit back.

We stayed here 3 yrs ago and was amazing fun. After that, poor communication, rooms gone down hill. Manager Tom should no way be manager. No personality.We stopped by and walked around and can't believe how down hill it has gotten.. I believe this is a drug front

BEWARE!!! I stayed here in April and still haven't received my security deposit back. Left the room in rent ready condition with pictures to prove that and I keep getting the run around about my $1000 deposit

Filthy poorly maintained and managed by a man who lies steals and does drugs. He usually only bullies women however. Gang leaders lived there and it appeared the PM let them stay so he could have a steady supply for himself. The drug traffic in and out was unbelievable Washer had animal feces in it and dryer was broken 6 months AC flooded my place also. Stay away! He is an expert con man.

Beware!!!! I’ve waited to write this pondering if I should, And if you book through Airbnb the “Host” changes to/from different hosts. My stay went from Tina to Tom. I assumed someone was renting their private bungalow, not a business & part of a resort, but that wasn’t the issue. I messaged Tina, and never received a response. It was nothing major, but a reply would’ve been appreciated. Tom must need some happiness in his life or a vacation himself! He walked by daily for a week and never once said good morning, evening or even smiled. I’m not the one who wrote a bad review, however, I should have!! I don’t want to share details, but I left the place as I arrived, clean. I’ve been staying with Airbnb for years and have all excellent reviews, and comments, but Tom tried to tarnish my good name with a bad review, and his is the only one. It won’t affect my rental capabilities, but he must’ve gotten some satisfaction by doing so. I’ve read other guests poor reviews, and believe them, and some were specifically about Tom. Based on my experience, this is not an honest business. I’m not upset about the few towels, I brought my own. The best thing is that I had the best week I’ve had in a long time, I didn’t let him ruin my experience after such a wonderful, joyous , incredible week in Jensen Beach!!! I’m only being truthful, and hope to save someone else from possible excess charges or getting kicked out like the other folks have experienced.

Poor communication, bait and switch, thought we were in a unit on the river, but owner put us in the same number unit across the stree in an RV, never told us. Does not answer his phone, no directions or help with the area, just said go across the street. Horrible manager, we are hosts to our own 3 properties and would never treat our guests this way.

Guest Beware, make sure you get the Waterfront! We extended our stay and unknown to us, they made us change room 2 to room 13, We could see room 13 from room 2 and accepted the move, unbeknown to us, there is a room 13 across the street in a trailer! No Waterfront, No Pool View! Manager kept $800. of our money!

This place is amazing, very clean and comfortable! Close to everything. I came to relax and eat, the opportunities for both are abundant. It is a little hard to talk to staff as they oversee multiple properties but you can reach by text and are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms look and feel like they're brand new, the grounds and pool are very well kept. This spot is a GEM and the price very reasonable. Can't say enough good things about Carribean Shores!
