Just signed up for a membership here. Sunday at 4:30pm, my husband and I went shopping in this calm relaxed atmosphere. It seems like the prices were reasonable. Normally, we would easily spend over $300 at similar stores. We spent $240.

Would give 0 if could worst customer service signed up for bjs mastercard first time was promised 40 dollar promotion was denied due to no had to be first time member also then dont send me emails bunch of frauds

I was disappointed with my last trip to BJ's!! I bought already made chicken fettuccine Alfredo and when I went to heat it up, it was already spoiled way before the sell by date!!! Other than that it was pretty normal. Nothing extra special, just about the same thing as Sam's.

I use the "order ahead for pick up" quite often. The last three times I found this is a way for BJ's to discard their "close to" or expired products. The produce is bad, the lettuce is slimy on the bottom, and the meat has a sell date that is one day prior to pick up. They pick out the worst of their products and send them out hoping they wont be returned. NOT a good thing!
Even better, curbside delivery are no longer allowed to bring you're order in boxes. They just plop the order in your car and run. How does that make anything easier, especially for those who need assistance.

Never any registers open now with self checkout that always needs some assistance. It is now a pain in the butt to check and not worth it especially when busy.

This is unacceptable, the lines at the deli are ridiculously long. These people waiting standing up a long time is not right especially the older folks. This never happened before. People are literally leaving when they find out what number they are up to then they leave loosing out on customers wanting to get deli meats. I waited almost 30 minute's on line then I left. Shape up needed at the deli department

Today at the Jensen Beach, FL store we had THE WORST experience! There were mobs of people and not a single register with a cashier!
I had a medication in a plastic box that needed to be opened by a cashier. At one point after standing at the self checkout with the light blinking for 7 minutes I approached someone in a BJs shirt. I said if you can't help me, I'll just stomp it open.
They had several people running around to help all of the people at self checkout... they should have put a couple on a register.

Worst deli service I've ever seen, sometimes u have to wait almost 1hr to get waited on,understaffed most of the time or 2 or 3 more interested in chatting what a joke.
