It's always a pleasure to use this branch. The representatives here are friendly and helpful. Once I rode my bicycle to this branch, and they offered me a cold bottle of water as I walked in. I must have looked thirsty after the ride. The water was very refreshing, a thoughtful gesture from the friendly people there.
