I was having an issue with my account and when anyone else probably would’ve told me there’s nothing we could do, she stayed there til almost closing going above and beyond to get my issue fixed THAT day. I had offered to come back another day and she said “absolutely not. We’re gonna figure this out today” I always have a great experience with this branch in general but she really made an impression and I’m so grateful for her help !”
