What a great experience with Bassett Furniture. Linda was fabulous. I had picked out the Creswell chairs in the Angelina cloud online and when I saw them in person I was slightly hesitant about the fabric. Linda gave me the courage to order these because they are such a fun texture and she was spot on. I absolutely love these pieces. They bring my entire living room together and give it a welcoming feel. Everyone was so helpful and friendly there; an amazing staff. Professional, knowledgeable, great followup and the delivery was to notch! Would highly recommend to anyone.

We wanted to share our recent experience with purchasing a leather couch, two accent chairs with ottomans, custom pillows and an area rug from Bassett Furniture in Jensen Beach. We worked with Design Consultant, Linda, who did a wonderful job of pulling fabrics together to make our living room come together beautifully. Special thanks to Paul, the store's General Manager, who was quick to step up to resolve an issue we had in both a professional and kind manner. This was a big purchase for us, and we were extremely grateful they both provided us with excellent customer support to meet our expectations.

We are confident we are getting a quality product through Bassett. Lisa was our sales representative and she was amazing. She was very personable with us. She answered all of our questions right down to the small details. If we had an idea pop up on the fly, she accommodated us and offered us helpful suggestions. She used great customer service skills and her professionalism was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about Bassett’s products and materials. We really appreciated Lisa’s sincere understanding of what we considered a sizable purchase. Her friendly personality made us feel welcomed.

We would love to thank Nicole for all her help and patience in picking out our rug for the master bedroom. It was a challenge for a while but Nicole never gave up trying to find the perfect one for us. We would recommend Nicole 100% as she has great ideas, taste, and tons of patience.
Paul, the Manager, was also great with his help. We had an issue with a previous rug and he helped us with the problem. He was committed to resolving the issue in our favor. He showed his integrity as a person, his values and empathy towards the customer and resulted in a positive outcome. For this we will always be grateful and thankful. Thank you Paul for all your help.
We have always love Bassett Furniture Store and we will continue to refer people to the store. The quality and durability is excellent.

If you’re looking for quality and thoughtfully designed ,American manufactured furniture, I highly recommend Bassett, Jenson Beach.
In addition, the service provided by manager Paul Petrone and designer Dee Sarantos have made my overall experience 5 stars.
I had a problem with one piece of furniture that I had ordered and the manager went out of his way, above & beyond to resolve the issue.

Went to Bassett looking for a couch, after looking for many months and Lisa helped us pick a couch that fits our home perfectly. Was very patient and helpful when we decided on our couch and even help us make changes after we ordered. Delivery went smoothly and we noticed a few areas in the stitching in the couch and they immediately arrange for us to receive a new cushion cover replacement. I highly recommend Bassett and definitely Lisa.

Linda was fabulous! Needed to purchase entire new home with furniture. She made the experience so fun with no stress. She also has a great eye for decorating. I can’t wait to see the finished rooms! Definitely would recommend as the quality of furniture here is great too!

Donna has been our savior in terms of helping us get the missing pieces from the bed . She also helped us connect with Guardian to get the process started to repair chairs. Paul also assisted us during our furniture process.

Lisa Ruut, is such a nice person. She helped us so much. We were unsure of what to choose. She is not pushy, she is a genuinely a person that wants to envision your life in your home. She really listens and finds items that work well. She worked on a cad drawing so we were able to see the room and envision our dreams. I highly recommend Lisa.

Ms. Ruut has helped my husband and I tremendously with finding the furniture that embraces our personalities. She has very patiently helped us to custom design a living room that welcomes all our friends and family. She went through the furniture designs, fabrics, color swatches, and rugs and made perfect recommendations to us that had the characteristics we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable of design and the products at Bassett. She even reminded us of things we had forgotten like the lamps and artwork. Thanks to our experience with Ms. Ruut, we will be back to Lisa Ruut at Bassett.
