For notary it takes more than 1 hour. They need to hire more people. Worst service. Don't care about their customers.

I have opened new savings & Merrill Lynch accounts and done teller transactions at the Jensen Bch branch. And yes sometimes there are a few people ahead of me but the staff is courteous, competent and efficient.

This bank is the worst I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their customers and left us two senior citizens (65 and 69 yrs old) stranded in Portugal. Our Visa card had a fraud transaction, BOA closed out the account and promised to Fed-ex us a new visa card to charge our flight back to the US. When I called back the Cust. Ser. to get the tracking number, they responded the system wouldn't accept the international address. No card was sent out and NO ONE CALLED US!!! After 8 phone calls to Cust Ser they sent a 2nd set of Visa Cards to my sister in Florida who FED Ex them to us ($102.99) This started on 7/30/2023 and ended on 8/28/2023. To eat, gas, etc I had to use my debit card from a different US bank and get charged extra fees totaling $189.37. I went to BOA in Jensen Beach Florida and asked for a refund, I had all the documentation needed, the end result was since the bank was a third party, they could not refund the money to me. (I wanted it to be credited to the new Visa Card) After arguing I only got $102.99 for the Fed Ex expense (a third party) which they could only credit the new Visa card. All 8 calls I got different C.S. rep's and NO ONE knew what they were talking about. One said no they won't close the account and they did, one could not enter international address and they never contacted us, they said it would go out FED EX and to call them for a tracking number, the system automatically generates an email giving the USPS tracking number. The last person I spoke with was rude and laughing that we were stranded.

I will be closing accounts that I have had with BOA, and it's prior entities, for 30+ years. I made a large deposit on Aug 5th, the check cleared the other bank on Aug 8th. Today is Aug 12th, and the money is still not in my account. If the other bank has paid BOA, WHERE IS MY MONEY???? Then, you call the branch, and have to explain yourself 3 times before someone understands what you're trying to say. The banking industry is out of control, and it will only get worse now the Federal Govt. thinks it needs to know every move someone makes.

Waiting to simply open a checking account while the bank manager Rebecca johnson hides and the one person taking sitdowns, brooke stetson the "relationship manager lending specialist" hide for 20 minutes before her last appointment of the day arrived without even looking at us or acknowledging our existents while casually hanging out at the bank for 3 hours like I'm here to watch netflix. The best part was Mark helping people as they walked in and told the bank manager Rebecca we have been waiting for over an hour and a half yet refuses to help us. But instead helps people at the teller line or someone with a fair major complaint but yet I have been at the bank for 3 hours with no acknowledgement from either managers. Only helpful person was mark. Hopefully he changes the branch he works at with this unprofessionally run bank.

First of all, this is not just this Branch of Bank of America. Almost every single Bank of America I go to I walk into a line that’s out the door and there’s always only ONE teller working. I waited almost an hour to cash a check. Absolutely ridiculous, get more tellers now I understand why this bank has mostly negative reviews. I will not be returning

Despite the mixed reviews, I generally have a good experience here. The staff are helpful and attentive. I don’t wait in line a long time. I usually go in the middle of the week in the early morning or afternoon. As a note, they can’t do anything if the ATMs outside mess up a transaction, so it would be good to use the one inside if you can since they can actually go into that one.

Understaffed and unapologetic. One teller working while ten people stand in line. Wasted 25 minutes today.

Terrible bank all together. They won’t let you cash a $200 check if the balance isn’t in that account even if you have been with them for years and just had over $1,000 in it the day before. Just had a bill come out the same day. Truly d*** and ridiculous especially since the bank puts your money in the market as soon as they get it. ??♂️

Lady that works here is such a miserable person. I just needed to exchange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters and they said no after she had already got the roll.

If I could give the entire Bank Of America negative stars at this point, I would. They shut down drive thru completely and have limited tellers inside. Other branches are awful by design as well that is how i ended up here. Staff is trying but corporate is awful.
