How hard is it to get your name stitched on a shirt like seriously? Payed these guys 2 months ago to get 2 shirts done for me (first name only )what do they do put first & last names on 2 months later still not ready and they put the wrong name on , save your self the trouble go to the mall everyone that works here SUCKS!

The salesperson was so helpful, polite and efficient. She made recommendations that worked for me. I can't wait to go back and get more scrubs and shoes for work

I would give this store no stars. I got there at 4:20pm on Sunday I got the scrubs I wanted when I get to the register the assistant store manager Amanda tells me she is not taking cash because she does not want to count the drawer again she was nasty and rude about it. I told her why did she not tell me when I walked in that they were not taking cash. I just moved to Port St. Lucie and was starting my new job and had no scrubs because the scrubs I had were in boxes. Don’t come here.

Staff was very helpful AND once I found the perfect lab coat (lots to choose from) they embroidered it right there while I waited! Talk about great customer service. Thank you for a great experience.

Decent selection of uniforms. Could make it a more pleasant experience playing more neutral music. I was disgusted by the “music” playing. The fitting rooms need a chair or bench. The a/c needs to be turned down, I was sweating after shopping.

Placed my order mid July. Now here it is mid September and I’m still missing items. I’ve received 2 boxes and neither had invoices with them so I had to figure out what they sent on my own. I called and they do not know what they’ve sent either. I’ve been given the run around for weeks. SUCH A MESS. Do better.

The whole time I was inside they ignored us, we called them but because they had headphones on they did not listen, when we arrived to pay the employees took time to attend to us because they were chatting and were very rude, there are no returns on August 26 I made an order for a pair of pants, they agreed to call me for 5-10 business days today we are already on November 11 and I call again and again and they don't answer me I'm tired of this, very bad experience the only thing I want is my order

First, they have loud uncensored rap music. Don't get me wrong, I love DMX but it's inappropriate in a children and adult uniform store to be playing music that has words like "Fu*k... N****r". Its 2022, that's not OK! Second, the store looks a hot mess. And it was pretty empty, just us and one family with children the whole time we were there. The employees are all brand new, every employee just goes "I just started here" if you ask anyone anything. No one asks if you need help or interacts with you while you're there. The manager? They aren't there and just started as well when you ask the staff for help. Staff currently doesn't know the difference between embroidery and tailoring, but neither are apparently available, perhaps that's a staffing issue due to how hard it is to hire right now so I understand that difficulty, but the staff should know the difference between the services offered. Prices were really fair for the uniforms, around $30-35 per item we purchased. The downside being all the pants we bought had unfinished hems and with no tailoring available (or embroidery as the staff told us we couldn't have them embroidered when we asked about hemming), we had to scramble to find someone elsewhere who could finish them and make them wearable. Hopefully when it gets easier to hire good people again the store can get better quality employees

True story. I am a last minute shopper and always expect to find much needed items at the very last minute. As you may have guessed I am not as successful using this technique. However today was!! I walked into the store as always. I was greeted by a very young but professional staff. To my surprise every uniform color and sizes I needed was stocked on the shelves, so I thought. When I get to the last item (blue shirt, size large) that slot was empty. So I turned to an employee (whom happens to be the District Manager) and asked "Do you not have this item and if not when do you expect it to be in"? She immediately replied "let me have someone check the backroom for you". She summons a young man and asked him to check stock. The young man begins to tell the Manager he was sure they were out but she insisted he check. A few minutes passes and the young man comes back with an unopened box of the shirt, color and size. He apologized and asked "If there were anything else he could perhaps help me with" which I replied "No" and that I appreciated his help". The District Manager followed up with me to check if my request was fulfilled. My hat goes off to this young staff and leadership (DM). Hopefully the DM remembers the guy that didn't know how to use Yelp nor Google..haha!!

Love this uniform store. It’s the best store in the area for scrubs. Large selection, very friendly and extremely helpful. Always reasonable affordable prices too. ??????????

Still waiting on two items from an order I placed in JULY 2021! Nothing was shipped before school started, they don't answer the phone and no one replies to emails. And unfortunately this is the only place I can get my kids uniforms.

This place has the nicest staff, pretty good selection, and ABSOLUTELY GROSS fitting rooms.I can’t believe a school would force me to shop here for uniforms and have my child try stuff on in these fitting rooms. Gross. Fix it.
