I visited this 7-Eleven recently and I'm giving it a 3-star rating. The experience was pretty average. When I pulled up, they were spraying the front, which made my car a bit wet, but I didn’t mind. However, the employee gave me a dirty look as I parked and seemed a bit unfriendly, even though I wasn't in anyone’s way. Interestingly, he was much nicer to my husband when he went inside. Overall, the store had what I needed, but the staff attitude could definitely use some improvement.

I stopped at the 7-Eleven daily before work five days a week around 1130 at night There is a gentleman that works here He is great the woman that I see occasionally absolutely rude. No customer service just plane out nasty person not sure what her story is but she seems like a miserable person. When I see her working, I physically leave and go to RaceTrac can’t wait for Wawa to open absolutely horrible

I just stop by for gas and quick grub after a very long work week and even longer drive home.Store is clean, area seems secure, and employees are always very nice. One even went out of his way to help me look for an alternative to my go-to snack. Perfect balance of personable and professional.Let's be real: You can get gas and quick items anywhere...But the Customer Service and overall cleanliness really elevates this 7-Eleven above other gas station convenience stores in our area.

While 99% of the time I have no issues. That being said, it's amazing how many times I pay $9.97, and for some very theft like possibilities, the cashier just doesn't have the 3 pennies to give me in change. How many customers have this happen over a shift so the till can be skimmed? If it's not that, then someone in the building has no idea how to bank a till properly. This has happened to me MANY times.Ps - the bit.ly/711review link has been suspended and doesn't work.

I live locally and stop at 7/11 often, most of the time the employees are friendly and easy going but the woman that’s working now is just completely against any kind of customer service. She just doesn’t care about anything, legitimately ignored 8 ppl in line waiting for her while she continued to stock the shelves. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there and was continuously on her phone while ringing ppl up. If you don’t want to be at work don’t take it out on the customers, atleast put a fake smile on and act like u care.

Interactions with store employees aren't always flawless, and they may have off days. Without knowing the full story, I will not be speaking negatively about them or deducting stars from my review. What I do know, it takes mental strength to handle a shift without losing control, especially when faced with challenging situations like a missing coworker. During my last visit, it was clear that it was just one of those days. Hang in there.
