Absolutely terrible people that work here. By far the laziest and least caring about their jobs. USPS should go through there and fire them for their lack of performance and inability to do their job.Multiple times have they lied and said “attempted delivery” and never came. Once because the driver was going into labor and they didn’t have a replacement for 4-5 days.Another time because it was raining. We were sitting right there with the door open and they drove by and said they attempted and that we have to pick our package up. Their hours are short and Google says they’re temporarily closed. I paid for delivery, now deliver it. I’m not taking time off from work and lose money because they can’t do their job.They never answer their phone either.

Twice now recently, WHILE we were ALL HOME, this lazy mail delivery person left notes saying that “no one was available for signature”, simply because they were too lazy to come to the door. So incredibly irritating.

Review would have been 4 stars about three months ago, but since then we have consistently been getting packages that are not for us. Usually it’s another numbered road out in the county and I understand dyslexia…but today it was a named road, in town. Even with a severe learning disability “Cherry” does not look like “40th”. Get it together.Have your packages shipped by other means if it’s an option.

This is the first package that she left in the dirt ...today she left another package in the yard..both times she left a message that the packages were left on the porch ..how much more lazy can you get as to leave my packages in the dirt instead of pulling up in the yard and leaving them on my porch ..this is what the problem with the world today ..everyone wants to get paid but only wanna do the very bare minimal...

THEIR SCALE IS BROKEN!!!!!! they overweight you're package. They over charge you. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!! I ship the same exact items on a daily basis and they always weigh 9.6 ounces, but not here! Here my 9.6oz package weighs 14oz. I wonder how much money they've stolen from people? THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM YOU!!!!!

A package that was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of December full of Christmas presents the woman delivering the package dropped off the package at the wrong address and refused to go get it Christmas came no presents still have not received the package they will not update the tracking so company will not reimburse money's lost. 8 Christmas gifts lost for the children and grandchildren
