The staff has serious attitude and the postmaster, Jonathan, has no clue what he's doing. He makes up the rules to suit himself rather than following the UPU regulations. Jonathan is the reason the staff has such a bad attitude. Time for a lawsuit to address the harm he has caused.I have to drive 20 mi to the Live Oak Post Office to get lawful service. At least there they know their job.

Lived in Jasper since September 1st 2022They still haven’t given me my mailbox key, 2 months later. Worst post office I’ve ever experienced. It’s embarrassing

Somehow a amazon package got lost in transit or mis-scanned at the wrong facility and the Man that I spoke to (I assume he’s in charge his name starts with a G) was very nice and helpful every time I called. I called multiple times and he was never rude of difficult. I appreciate that.

This is a very cool old post office. The people behind the help window always take care of me with lots of information and always answer all my questions. Sometimes there is a short line because it is a very small post office but they always take care of everyone. Very courteous.

This office is beautiful. The staff are amazing, It is always clean, always staffed during its prescribed hours. The people here are experts in their profession. It also has history and character that was build long ago
