It was not only directed towards me but also witnessed by other customers in the store. This type of conduct is entirely unacceptable and goes against the principles of customer service and professionalism.Ryan's aggressive demeanor created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for both myself and other patrons. During my last visit to CVS, I encountered an uncomfortable situation involving a manager named Ryan. Throughout my time in the store, I noticed that Ryan was seemingly following me and my children around. This made me uneasy and raised questions about the professionalism of the staff.To make matters worse, I was disturbed to learn that Ryan had approached my children and inquired about their ages. As a parent, I find this behavior completely inappropriate and invasive. It not only violated our privacy but also created an unwelcome environment for my family.I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope CVS takes this matter seriously. It's crucial to ensure that customers, especially families, feel safe and respected during their visits. The pharmacy department is very nice. Always have my meds and available to answer questions. I always get my flu shots there. They also have a good variety of vitamins and supplements along with some food items and personal care. They also have gifts and cards.

Dr Jackie Frost is the friendliest and most kind pharmacist I have ever encountered. She truly builds brand loyalty. Melina does as well. She is always prompt and courteous. They make a dynamic team. Look forward to working with them in the future!

Excellent pharmacy!! Being from another state and needing your medication is stressful within itself, this pharmacy eased that anxiety. Marina was friendly & very helpful, she took care of my needs from transferring my son script to delivering it to him personally at the Pilot Truck Stop. Service like that is hard to beat. The best service at a CVS I’ve ever had.
