First time experience was a great one! Got lucky and got a new client appointment for the next day for a full groom for a small dog. After dropping Abby off at Zen, she was ready a couple of hours later looking and smelling fantastic. She also came out sporting some complementary bling in the form of a quite nice collar with three nice faux flowers attached. I even went and got a haircut myself a few doors down within Harbour Village. If you're looking for a new dog groomer that will give you peace of mind, I recommend giving Zen a try.

Amazingly wonderful. Our pup Zoe is very fearful of people she doesn’t know so we were bathing her and doing her nails ourself. Tried Zen dog and they were so wonderful. Zoe now has a standing monthly appointment.
They also have delicious pup cakes and cookies. Oh, and they sell ice cream you mix and freeze at home. Can’t wait to buy more and watch her carry around the empty container after she’s liked up all the ice cream.

We recently relocated from the Yulee border and wanted to find a new groomer for our dog he’s a Dogo Argentino and very allergy prone therefore he can’t stay dirty very long or he’ll have an outbreak. In the process of moving he had gotten pretty funky and they groomed him sooooo amazingly. As soon as they brought him out I could smell how fresh and clean he smelt! He also has long quicks and the slag l couple of grooms they didn’t cut his nails very well but Zen dog did an AMAZING job on that as well. His paws are no longer flattened from long nails and I can imagine his feet feel so much better! We will def be returning! Alexius also made sure to keep us updated on Ares progress and update us on his itchy ears. They also had a great selection of high quality goodies for him to enjoy after his groom! We have found our new groomers!!

So happy to have found Zen Dog Grooming for my doodle, Titan! We've tried other groomers around Southside Jax, but have found our home with Zen Dog. Near Atlantic and San Pablo, Zen Dog is nestled in a very nice plaza with other amenities available. Though in a pretty affluent area of Jax, I'd say Zen Dog's pricing is comparable to other groomers. Each time we've visited, the team has been not only hospitable, but also knowledgeable of their craft and thoughtful enough to discuss exactly how I'd like Titan to be groomed down to the length of fur. Titan loves when it's groom time because he knows he'll see his friends and have time to engage with other dogs. During Titan's most recent groom, the team surprised us with an ornament for the holidays. Thank you Zen Dog for your professionalism and for taking great care of my fur baby!

Since my babe was afraid of our dog catching the respiratory illness that the doggies are getting, we wanted to try to keep her doggie encounters limited. She really needed a grooming and nail trim and taking her to her usual place was too far away. I found this place up the road from us and they had really great reviews so I decided to try them out.Their Square scheduling site was a time saver. I chose the Luxury Bath (bath with hydro-massage equipment, premium all natural shampoo and conditioner, blown dry by hand, brushed and combed, ear hair removal, ear cleaning, nail trimming and buffing) and I added a Shed-Less treatment. I saw that they had nail polish so I had to get her in red nails.When her appointment time came I took her over and I was amazed by how much mercy they had in there, everything from dog cookies and treats, all kinds of chews, leashes and collars, and CBD. The staff were very and my dog being who she is, loved them immediately. I filled out some paperwork regarding her vet, my info, etc. since it was my first time there and they tell me that she'd be ready in about an hour. They texted me about saying she was ready about an hour later.Paying was easy since it was through Square. I asked how she was and they said she was an absolute sweetheart. They even gave me an ornament with her photo in it as they do them as gifts to their clients in December. How cute!Thank you so much for making my baby look, feel and smell so good!

I love taking my fur baby to Zen dog they do such an amazing job on him. He is pampered and loved from the moment he comes in the door.The ladies there are so sweet and patient! Keep up the great customer service and Zen atmosphere!

This was our first visit, but certainly not our last! I enjoyed the ease of booking online, the fair pricing (especially for large dogs) and the that the shop is right by my house. The groomer was very nice and took great care of my pup. I highly recommend this place ?
