Sometimes people sit on the machines on their phones and don't use the machine. At the time we go there are not that many people. Great variety of machines and free weights.
The Y offers programming and activities for all ages, interests and abilities including group exercise classes, chronic disease prevention, nutrition, swimming, basketball, pickleball, camp, before and afterschool child care, volunteer opportunities and so much more.
