Xfinity mailed me one of their modems, despite the fact that I ordered internet service using my own modem. I had to take personal time to return the unrequested modem to the Xfinity store on Beach Blvd on 1/14/24. A store employee accepted the modem, gave me a receipt, and assured me it would be removed from my account. My next billing statement showed me that this employee didn't bother to follow through and document that the modem had been returned. I just spent nearly an hour more of my personal time in a chat with an Xfinity person to try to get this resolved and communicate that the modem was returned and I should not be charged. Why is it so hard to do your job fully? Please retrain your employees at this store. If I could choose any other carrier than Xfinity I would.

I had the pleasure of working with Ariana Smith at this location over a 3 day period as I was transitioning from AT&T to Xfinity Mobile. I actually worked with a few lovely helpful ladies there, but Ariana really stood out. We had an issue with my replacement iPhone, and it required phone calls to a separate team and it took what seemed like forever. Ariana could probably tell that I was getting a bit heated when it didn't seem like it was going well, but she was calm, cool and professional with her colleague on the phone. Everything ultimately went according to plan minus the little hiccup and I was able to leave with a perfectly working new IPhone. I recommend the crew at this location. They are very customer friendly and know what they're doing.

Awful experience. Service overpriced by about 300%. They try to make it impossible to cancel. Service is fast when it works but it's spotty as heck. First time in my life I've gone without Internet now. I would rather go without than deal with this company again.

Unfortunately they are monopoly..This company is always a nightmare to deal with. You can expect slow service to no service.And chances are good you can expect to make two or three trips to the location/store to get your account straightened out before they get it right.

Hilariously told "this place is a scam" by another customer as I walked in. 10 minutes in and out for new internet. Great service by Blake. Pricing identical to what's shown online.

The tech Did not show up for the 3rd time.Staff was not willing or able to help.Going with At&t.EditA manager did route the tech to us to get service later in the day. Over stressful, but the tech and manager were very polite and helpful.

The lady that helped me was AMAZING. She also helped my neighbor. She was so good with helping me that I requested her again for my neighbor and she did a fabulous job. They were supposed to bring breakfast to my apartment complex today and they showed up with one hostess danish each in a bright yellow bag to hide it. Why would I pick a company who is equivalent to a hostess danish lol.

Daniel was exceptional! After talking to customer service on the phone for almost 2 HOURS... I ran up to the physical store in a panic because of how horrible the phone customer service was. They literally screwed up my whole account. But Daniel got everything squared away for me very quickly... 10 minutes before they closed. Very knowledgable, calming and helpful. Thank you!
