Xfinity needs to get it together, especially before offering mobile service as well as internet. I have been jerked around and left on hold, sometimes without even being told I’m being put on hold. I waited 39 minutes to get to a representative only to be put on hold for over 39 minutes more without telling me I was being placed on hold. Every single thing I have ever had to call about has been a hassle and taken over 2 hours plus. I wish I could give zero stars and I’m usually very understanding, working in customer service myself… the way that they treat customers with bait and switch lies is unmatched. I finally cancel all services with them, only to be overcharged and still wait on hold 2 plus hours with no answer as to why I am being overcharged. Save yourself the hassle and time/money, just go with someone else. The store and call center are not on the same page and will tell you several different things. Sorry to leave this review on this store but there is no where to leave a review on the call center. The guy I worked with in one store was great and efficient but they company as a whole is not on the same page and it seems they never will be. I’ve been told one thing by the store many times and another thing by the call center, I’ve been lied to multiple times, and even talked down to by the mobile department. It’s that much cheaper for a reason, you get what you pay for and customer service/cell service is clearly not one of the things included in the low price that they lure you in with.

Unable to fix anything and unable to provide any help without literally every piece of information from my mother in law, whom is elderly.
Y’all should probably figure out how to service customers instead of just taking money from them.

Took advantage of my elderly father with predetorial tactics, convincing him to re-sign to a more expensive plan not even a month after cutting his services back. They did this by saying he would save money, and the monthly cost is now HIGHER not lower, and they tacked on an expensive installation fee just to really show their contempt. Watch this place, this company, and these people. They dont care about you or your family. Just money.

Even though I was shifting my service everyone here was very courteous. The place itself is exceptionally clean. I was a bit surprised that every person who came in seemed to have attendant just for them. They opened on time and my issue was handled quickly and efficiently.
