I walked in at 4:10 and was back in my car by 4:18 - Ciara was ON IT! She was super nice, she double checked my billing info, got my equipment together, and helped me get everything set up on my app right away.

Visited store yesterday because my cable box stopped working after a power outage. Turns out it wasnt the box, it was one of my cords. Employee Sammi gave me everything i needed so i didnt have to return. She was awesome. She took me at window 6. Never received anything to leave her a review about service so hope she sees this. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient

This company is stealing from people adding extra hidden fees...My bill keeps jumping up to the point of I can't even pay my past due balance..I have unlimited wifi n nooooo cable at all... XFINITY ARE CROOKS N SADLY THEY DONT CARE THAT PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET N TRYING TO HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF TV.. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES...AND I ONLY HAVE 2 TVS.

We tried to switch our phones from att to Xfinity Comcast to no avail. By the time we reached the Xfinity store on Roosevelt neither phone was working. Thankfully Mr Sol Barnes was free to help us. At each step Sol assured us that everything was okay and it would be just a few more minutes. He was right. Not only did he get our phones up and working, but did so with patience, expertise, and great customer service skills.

I went to the Xfinity store to see about getting a new phone. There wasn't a long wait at all (maybe two minutes). However, there was a football game playing on the big television in the seating area, so I did not mind at all. I was called over to window number eight by Ms. TY Williams. I explained to Ty that I am eligible for an upgrade of my phone and that I have been having some mechanical issues with the phone. She looked into my account for me. I have five payments left on this phone, and I have a special promotional discount that has been on the account monthly since I got this phone. These are the things that she informed me of. She asked me if I had considered an insurance claim because I do have the Assurant insurance for the phone. I told her that before I was told it would cost me like $150 to get a replacement through the insurance. She told me that it wouldn't cost anything with mechanical issues. She was correct. She showed me the brochure with the information about the insurance on it and gave me the number to call. I spoke with a representative (quickly) who was able to put in the claim, get it approved, and because I got it done before 7 pm EST shipped the new phone next day delivery (FedEx). It was my best experience with going to an Xfinity store. Ty Williams was friendly, professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist me with what I needed without having to start over with new payments for an upgraded phone. I TRULY APPRECIATE TY WILLIAMS LOOKING OUT FOR ME!!! I recommend asking for her directly if you are looking for great customer service!

Location is in the middle of nowhere. Xfinity has huge customer base in the region there is no excuse to not have more convenient locations. Staff was responsive and honored promotions regardless of my change in set up good stuff. The 2 stars is for Xfinity not setting up more locations not the staff
