My partner and I went in to set up our internet and create a new phone line and it was one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Ada helped us navigate our options and was very transparent the whole time about pricing, options, etc. She turned something that could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. She was a very knowledgeable employee, as was everyone there. The manager was very kind as well and we recommend this location highly. Very happy with the help we had from Ada, and walked out with a smile.

My experience was phenomenal! I didn’t know what to expect coming in. Ada was amazing and so knowledgeable! She made it my experience so easy going. I never thought about getting a new phone until she gave me the run down of everything i was qualified for which made the internet process even better. If you ever go to XFINITY in the town center, i recommend Ada. ? She will give you an experience you will never forget. She really shows she cares about her customers and will give you the greatest knowledge possible.

Ada and Zacari,Went above and beyond to help me today. They were very professional and courteous towards me. I purchased a new iPhone 13 because I had lost my iPhone. I returned a couple hours later after finding my phone and asked if I could return the new one. Without hesitation they both jump into action and took care of me. Thank you thank you thank you!

I had a great Customer Service experience yesterday, at this store. Brandon was very nice, and there were lots of associates to assist me. A lady then checked me out, took care of the modem swap, and I was all set!

Gabriel was wonderful. He actually took a moment to greet and acknowledge patrons (and myself) when they walked in the door. I highly recommend his co-workers follow his lead so patrons do not feel ignored

We worked with the manager, Mr. Sean George, on multiple infuriating issues with Xfinity, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is extremely patient, extremely kind& very helpful. He worked for over 2 & 1/2 hours on our first disastrous bill to sort out the issues, we then had to return today because Xfinity had reversed credits, overbilled, it was a mess- Mr. George patiently listened to our frustrations, assessed the issues on the account and spent another hour on the phone sorting it all out. This man is wonderful. The store is clean, in a convenient area, & all of the staff have been very kind/helpful anytime I’ve been to the store. Thank you Mr. George! You deserve a raise!

Ada was an amazing customer service representative she help me save so much money on my bills I can not thank her enough!!! I originally came in for a Wi-Fi malfunction and left with a new phone and 100 Visa card!!!

Zacari Rogers at the Xfinity store on River Marsh Drive in Jacksonville Town Center was professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent consultant and great store! I was planning on spending a full hour at the store but I was fully served and satisfied and left the store in less than 20 minutes!

Ada and Sean worked through all of the different issues and glitches that we had. Even though they had to stay after hours, they were pleasant and got the job done. The service and attention to their customers was greatly appreciated.

This store is great ! Sean and Tyler were amazing and helped us with all our cell phone issues . I would highly recommend this place . Whatever you do don’t go to Durbin XFinity . They are a third party store and have terrible customer service. Highly recommend this Town Center Location .

I had major issues unresolved over the phone on my account. I finally gave in and decided to go the old fashioned route and make an appt at the store. Joel and his team were extremely helpful and worked to resolve all of my issues. If you’re having issues, I highly recommend meeting with Joel.

The directions send you in circles. Never did find store. Customer service once you reach a live person has an accent so thick you can't understand them and the store doesn't list a local phone number. TOTALYSUCKS.

Great customer service at this location. Specifically the agent helping me was Ada. She really explained the entire process each time I have been in the store and made the process smooth and efficient. She was able to find discounts i was not expecting. I originally had internet and one mobile line through xfinity.I came in yesterday to purchase an ipad with cell service and with that addition my monthly bill is lower than before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and to ask for Ada.
