Wow. Excellent service. Sean was awesome! He fixed a delivery snafu, he explained things in plain language, was really friendly, and everything worked as he explained.

I received phenomenal service from Ada Arencibia with my visit. She was very professional and helpful, and made sure that i had everything that i needed and then some.
Ada was able to solve every issue and answer every question that i had.
Because of that, i joined Xfinifty, and i am truly grateful for her outstanding assistance.

Wife and I showed up just a few minutes before closing for an emergency phone replacement. Sean and Jocelyn were friendly and kind. Even though we stayed over an hour past closing, the staff never made us feel unwelcome.

The Xfinity store at Town Center has an All-Star crew! They help with our comcast Business mobile accounts, and this is the only store I suggest in Duval especially for business! Tyler Gadd helped us tonight and the last couple of times, what a helpful, patient, and knowledgeable dude! 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this location and all the employees!

The people are so rude. they sent you to a kiosk if you ask questions they’re looking crazy everyone in there act like they hate their job. I hate to even go there to pay my bill.

i came in today and i was helped by Joshua Price and he was amazing! he answered all of my questions and i left with ACTUAL RESULTS. He even asked me if i wanted water. Also Sean George was also wonderful!!!!!
