One of the best Xfinity stores here in Jacksonville. Went there to complain about my service and left there happy and decided to stay with the company. The manager Marcia was amazing, caring, and understanding. She took her time and not only listened to me but fixed the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location

I wanted to leave a compliment. I am not somebody with money. I am an older person on disability and most people do not wanna be bothered with people like me but when I walked into the store, they made me feel like I was worth $1 million even if I don’t have $1 million and they didn’t just make my day with the phone that I got they also made me feel better and I wanted to leave a compliment. That is good customer service someone who will take the time to spend with with you and explain everything people don’t wanna be bothered they just wanna give it to you and get you out the door. You’re just a piece of paper, but I don’t feel that way about the store and the young limit lady that helped me and I wanna make sure that she gets this complement because this is some of the best service I’ve had in a long time for any company. Her name is Rondreka.

This Xfinity location is on point! Anytime I have a had a questions about my account, upgrade, or concerns, they always had the answers. I had the pleasure to work with Justin & Marcia and their customer service was above and beyond expectations. If you ever the opportunity to come to this location, I'd highly recommend speaking with one of them. I want to thank the mangers and the rest of team for the excellent service.

They don’t care if you spend hours on the phone to answer a question their computer is incapable of. I wanted to know if I could turn off my phone service (stop roaming) when I went abroad (Italy) and use what’s app or fb messenger and google on my hotels WiFi. I think my iPhone 14 is capable but xfinity wants you to spend 10 dollars a day and a bunch of $ per minute. Going out of town? Turn off roaming. I got burned for several hundred dollars. Didn’t know I was getting charged daily and time when people called me. No notification just a huge bill and live xfinity folks won’t talk to you. Turn off roaming my friend.

I was in the store yesterday and witnessed customer abuse. The customer service person (dark skinned lady) kept yelling at a customer who seemingly just came to pay off her phone bill. Everytime the lady tried to get an answer to her question the customer service person's voice got louder and louder until the entire store was witnessing the inappropriate treatment of the customer.

This is the worst place to do business. The employees do the bare minimum. I asked why I had to call customer service when I came into the store and a dark skin lady with freckles yelled at me and told me to get out if I don't like it. She kept saying rudely, "GOOD DAY." "GOOD DAY." It was humiliating and other customers were watching in disbelief. There doesn't appear to be any leadership or management in there.

This store's customer service persons obnoxious. They do not help and they lack knowledge. I heard them berating a customer, telling her she needed to call in- sit on hold, as they could not help her as what she needed wasn't their job. What she needed was to pay off her cell phone bill so she could transfer it to another carrier. They were disrespectful and rude

I returned the equipment that I never used and they continued to bill me and sent me to collections. Stay away. Poor phone and email support to resolve your issues. You can never reach anyone by phone or email but you will get threating letters and emails demanding payment.

Exchange two old remotes for two new remotes. One worked and one didn't. Highly disappointed in being given a used remote that didn't work.

This location is closed!!! Went to take back our equipment back after totally disconnecting and that location closed. Now UPS store it is.
