Rapid responses, willing to look further to find exactly what I was looking for the tight price, trade in and mileage on a ‘23. You need to know a letter from a medical professional saying the conversion is a medical necessity will give you a sales tax exemption on the conversion cost (which is significant.)

Superb service. Pleasant and knowledgeable. The entire staff makes a difficult time easy. My vehicle was clean as a whistle. And only 2,470 miles on it. Almost new. Easy to pick up and drop off. No hassles. No waiting. I have used Mobility Works in 3 locations all over the country. Never been disappointed.

Mobility Works is truly unmatched! I recently had the EVO seat installed for my disabled daughter and it is AMAZING! They are greatest team ever! They worked expeditiously with APD for funding and did a SUPER quick installation! The staff was very courteous, patient and professional throughout the whole process! They even provided me transportation home when I had to leave my vehicle with them and picked me up when the job was finished! Omar (Tech manager) explained everything in simplest terms when operating the seat..Listen everyone was so super cool til I ordered pizza for the whole staff to show my appreciation. It was the least I could do. Many thanks to Larry, Madeline, Joanie, Kelly, Ryan, Brad, Omar, Clyde and EVERYONE involved in giving me a great experience. This seat is Worth every penny! Thank you all so much and blessing on you!!

I wanted to review this place bc I am so appreciative that this time of service exists! My mom is wheelchair bound and I wanted to take her out for the long weekend, I was able to rent a wheelchair accessible van through MobilityWorks and they made it so easy and painless!! It was a pleasure doing business with them and I was able to take my mom out and have her be comfortable. Jordi was phenomenal, amazing service and person!

My wife and I search rented a van from Mobility Works here in Jacksonville this past weekend. The service was excellent! We called and Joanie took care of everything. The van was a smooth riding 2019 Dodge Caravan with low mileage. We had zero issues and we were so pleased with the professional service! The price was extremely reasonable. We will rent from Mobility works again.
