I bought a car a couple years ago paid $6,000 for a 6 year 100k mile warranty and the dealership canceled my warranty after I left the lot. Called today to get a copy of the warranty and the warranty company is saying it was cancelled by the dealership. I have been calling all day and am getting no answered calls or calls back. Highly do not recommend.

This dealership is a giant scam.
First of all, my brand new 2024 Santa Fe has a cracked transmission. While we were driving down the interstate, the car started revving into very high RPMs, wouldn’t go over 10mph, or it would kick it out of gear.
This was the closest dealership, so we drove it there. I called ahead & they did not have anyone to tow & advised that someone could look at it when we got there. Once we get there, a salesman opens the hoods, says “oh there’s a burning smell” then asks me if I’d like to talk about swapping it out.
I told him that I didn’t want to discuss finances whatsoever, I wasn’t going to pay more, but that we could talk about what they had to offer.
We get to his desk & the salesman asks for my information to pull up my old application. I advised him that it was through a credit union & he told me that he could still pull up my old application.
The manager comes over and says “what if we can get you the same payment?” So they take all of my current payment info, monthly payment & time, interest rate, etc.
The manager comes back with paperwork that shows the same payment amount for 24 more months, $5,000 more than what I have already paid & says that the $10,000 I put down in cash just went “to taxes & fees.”
At this point the manager says something about “that’s the best we can get with your credit, I’m trying to help you out.”
I said “hold on sir, I never gave you permission to pull my credit.”
The salesman said that he was pulling up my old application, never did anyone ask about a new application or anything. I filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau and a different manager than who I dealt with, response was this
“When filling out the credit application it is acknowledged that by giving us your social security number knowingly, we will inquire on your credit.
We must pull your credit to retrieve your payoff information from your credit bureau. We apologize if there was any confusion, however you knowingly gave us your social security number on the application. We will note in your file that you are expressly stating that you do not want your credit run anymore and we will make sure that if the future if it is, we will be more clear.”
I did not ask the salesman to do any of this & the salesman did not ask for my permission to do any of this. I have simply asked the business to remove the credit inquiries from my credit report & their response doesn’t even acknowledge the issue.
Stay far away from this dealership & Hyundai, for that matter.

Huge waste of time, refused to work with me. Ended up going elsewhere.
I went yesterday evening and had a particular used car in mind to purchase and spent a while doing the app and then was told that the car wasn’t even on site, it was at a sister store and they couldn’t get it there at the time, which was understandable. I was told to leave and come back the next morning to get any further information and left not really knowing anything.
The next morning, I get there, and the car is still not there and they are preparing it (supposedly.) They then presented the offer before I had even seen the car and gave a very unreasonable offer for it at that. I never ended up seeing the car in the over 3 hours I was there. They refused to offer anything reasonable and stated they could not offer anything within my budget because it was supposedly “impossible” to do it. I even told them I was open to different makes/models so long as it fit my needs. They then brought out the manager when I tried to leave and he said he would work with my budget and left for a long while. They eventually came back and said they found something and walked me out to a 2024 model and I thought there’s no way they got that within my budget. They refused to tell us how much they wanted until after they had us look at it and test drive. We get back and they show us an offer less than $10 cheaper than the offer on the actual car we wanted. What a waste of time and a total joke. I ended up walking out 3 hours through this and it was so disrespectful in my opinion. I left and went to a dealership that rhymes with Cord Foggin and I was immediately offered a car that fit my budget and parameters and was overall a better deal, and it was even several years newer at that than the original car I wanted. They even fully paid off my trade-in which was several thousand more than the Hyundai Westside dealer offered. All within less than an hour basically I had this set with the other dealership. I wish I had gone there first and saved my time and effort.
Don’t come here unless you intend to be taken advantage of by shark salesmen that don’t care about you and just want that commission check. I’m never going to a Hanania owned dealership ever again after this experience, and you shouldn’t either!

I called darren before coming and was told the vehicle i wanted was there i drive a hour to see the vehicle and then was told its at a different location 4 hours away and was tried to be shown a different car that i didn’t want. Then was told i have to pay a deposit for a vehicle that i haven’t seen or driven. I felt like my time was wasted and that experience along with how the situation was handled made me not want to ever do business with them. I do not recommend!

Not impressed with the service department. Took my vehicle in 4 times for the same problem. Each time they said it was fixed when in fact it was not. While my vehicle was in the shop getting serviced, I got no phone calls on the status of my vehicle. Also the service advisor would never answer or return my calls. This is The worst service department I have ever dealt with...BY FAR

THEFT OF ITEMS FROM VEHICLE!!! Wish I could give negative stars. We bought a $40,000 vehicle from this dealer. Buying process was easy. Fast forward a few months. Took a road trip to Texas, upon my return, I took the vehicle in for its first oil change and a full detail. Oil change was done - detail was ignored completely. Finally had to involve the dealership manager. Finally got the full detail done, returned home to notice that my $150 battery-powered, heated Ember coffee mug (Christmas gift) was missing from the cup holder. I returned to speak with the service folks. I was told that it would have to claimed thru their "3rd party contract detail service" that "only speaks Spanish". After weeks of back and forth, they refused to issue a check for the cost of the item and made me send them a link so they could order it. It took a month to get my (rather expensive) item back. Funny how the person that detailed the car put every other item found into the trunk, EXCEPT my Ember mug. That was the only item missing. Seems to me like this dealer needs to vet it's personnel and contractors better. Thus far, the theft of my item has been met with no accountability of the person that stole it and the people at the dealership acting as though I am an inconvenience.

I recently purchased a car from this dealer and after purchasing noticed a brake issue on the vehicle. We reported this to the dealership and they asked us to bring it back in. It has been THREE WEEKS since we brought in the vehicle, not only has it not been fixed but we cannot get ahold of a single member of the service department. When we do talk to someone they tell us that they will “call us back” however after being told that about 10 times we have not received a single phone call to update us on the status of our vehicle. We also were told that the dealership did not have any loaners available so we have been without one of our vehicles for three weeks. My wife and I are extremely exhausted and angry about this situation. I post this only in hopes it gets someone in the dealerships attention and they all us.
2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited
The sales department was a pleasure, our issues are only with the service department.

I contacted the dealership about a used car. Verified that morning that the car was still there. Drove 2 hours to see the car and suddenly neither the car, nor the sales person I had been dealing with, were on the lot. Felt like a bait and switch.

TL;DR: Service Center lied about the timeframe required and the work done causing me to be extremely late to work. No empathy, no care, no accountability.
My last visit to this place has been by far the worst I have had in dealing with a service center. I dropped my car off on a Friday at 11am for three recalls and an oil change. Rubin, the person who took my keys assured me I would be able to pick my car up on Saturday and I made it clear I needed it no later than Sunday as I had to be at work early Monday morning. He again assured me it would be no issue and made no mention of being closed on Sunday.
Saturday comes and goes with no phone call so I called on Sunday. This is where the blatant lack of empathy begins. I ended up speaking with Amanda in sales who, instead of trying to help me, was more concerned in telling me that she was in sales and not service and everyone gets that mixed up and she couldn't help. Was told no manager available to help and the GM takes his Sundays off. She showed little concern in my situation and told me to come Monday morning.
So now Monday I call and speak with Kora who also showed no empathy and rather seemed irritated at having to check on my car. She says she'll call me back after checking on it as it is with the technician and a few minutes turned into 30 minutes later letting me know I could pick it up but only 2 recalls has been completed. Again this is after making it clear I was going to run late to work because of this whole situation. Finally I get their and am told there had been 4 recalls completed rather than the 2 I was told about over the phone (which was never cleared by me) but no oil change. However their is a sticker that says an oil change was completed but honestly I have no idea what they actually did and doubt they do either.
I ended up going into work two and a half hours late because of this and not a single person showed any empathy or concern and took zero accountability about lying to me and causing issues for me. Take your car literally anywhere else if you want to be treated like a human being. Here? They only want your money, everything is secondary and you are merely an annoyance.

ATTENTION READER: DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! This review is based on my personal experience with the dealership. THERE'S A REASON THEY ONLY HAVE 2 STARS ON HERE!
Dealership is run by people who simply do to care about you. Just chasing sales. It's a dealership so I didn't expect them to care but the audacity is unreal.
I was in the market for a vehicle, I reached out and every day I would get 5+ calls, texts, emails about buying a car from them.
I finally drove up two hours from Orlando to Jax to buy a car. They had to bring the car over from a sister dealership. In the two hours I drove there, the car was not on property when I arrived.
I was forced into buying a "family plan" (funny name since they don't give a crap about you) because the family plan was "already attached to the vehicle and they couldn't sell the car without it because they already pretreated the car, put on door guards and had the vin number etched in all the windows.
Family plan comes with an app to access all your "exclusive features" .
My sales person Simona had no idea on how to use it or even activate it. I got the run around for a week to get any information on it. I finally asked the the GM Colby and things got even worse. He said he would take care of the issue but then ghosted me for a week.
I was fed up and tired of waiting because I needed the info on the family plan because not even a week after getting the car, the door guards were peeling off. I reached out to the companys CEO's sons, Marc and Jack Jr (who run the business at the corporate level) and they said they would investigate. Colby called me the same day and addressed half my issues. Said he would get back to me by end of day 8/12. It is now 8/20 and haven't heard a peep from Colby.
BUT BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR I HAD SIMONA AND HER MANAGER BLOWING UP MY PHONE! But now that I've left, they don't want anything to do with me and clearly chasing the $$$.
Sucks you can't trust any car dealerships, not even family owned ones. You would think they would want long time customers who come back to buy cars multiple times but no, they just want the one and done, chase the commission check and then move on to the next person.
Do not buy a car from here. Read the other reviews. You will regret it.

My wife has 2020 Hyundai Sonata that she loves and actually is third Sonata we have purchased. We took the vehicle in for the fan running for extended periods after the car is shut off. They diagnosed the problem stated it was sensor that is only covered up to 60,000 miles my vehicle had over 64,000 miles with made this repair not covered in the warranty. The part was $55.00 the labor for repair was 749.00 plus tax. They stated because there systems was done we could request through corporate Hyundai for an exception. But we later found out that because we paid for the repair they don't do refunds. So $880.00 dollars later I still the same exact problem and the reason given was that the sensor was bad and that was why the fan is running after shut off to ensure the engine was cool. So we paid and picked the car up when we picked car up we noticed the check engine light was still on the cleared the code. And the check engine light was back on in 2 days. So currently the check engine light comes on and off and now is displaying a new code fan still running and they requesting for us to pay another $239.00 for the diagnosis of the code. Still now resolution or answers why the fan has started run other than the Florida weather. Ater speaking with corporate she stated the service manager stated that is how the car is supposed to function and there is nothing they can do.
Be careful of the marketing of the warranty is not bumper to bumper over 60,000 miles and not much is covered after you are over 60,000. Not really 100,000 mile warranty!!!!
And they charge you outrageous labor prices to repair vehicles that they are supposed to be the (SME) of subject matter expert for which is supposed to be the advantage of purchasing a vehicle from the actual dealer so labor repairs are done properly the first time.

My experience with Mike Taylor the service writer was very good. I went in for the second oil change on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe on Tuesday July 23. After coming home there was no oil leak on our driveway. Four days later my wife drove it to Charlotte N C. Half way there the " low engine oil" light came on. On the next Monday July 29, AAA towed it to a Charlotte Hyundai dealer. They found out that the Westside Hyundai mechanic did not install the new oil filter gasket correctly and it had a crink in it, that is how the oil started leaking out. The Charlotte Hyundai dealer repaired it under warranty and even ran a diagnostic test to see if there was any engine damage done. Fortunately they said there was none. I am extremely disappointed that Westside Hyundai failed to change the oil filter correctly. My wife and I had four stressful days dealing with this.
