Ths branch has the worst ever customer service. I only go inside if I obsolutely have to, becasue everytime I go inside to see a teller there is always an issue and today was no exception. I go into the branch to speak with a teller and there is only one customer being waited on by all three tellers. I wait in line and finally one teller looks up and offers to help. I go to the window and she then walks away back to help the other two wait on the only other customer there. I wait, I wait, I wait, and she never comes back to help me. I walk away and no one stops me, not even the manager.

I absolutely love this branch. In fact I drive out my way sometimes to make sure they are the only ones that handle my accounts. I have several business accounts with them and they always assist me with all my needs in a timely manner. Branch manager and assistant manager are great.

Worst branch! You will definitely wait at least an hour for a simple transaction. No customer service! Take your business elsewhere would be my recommendation

Mad! Cindy Mathis you need to fix this now!!!!Deposited a large check. Wells Fargo released funds, I used less than 5% for an escrow deposit as purchasing a home. Bank that issued check had issues, got a cashiers check to replace it. Note it was a bank issue with the first check not me. And it was Wells Fargo that released the hold on the first check ....again not me but WF that gave me access to the money. Today deposited cashiers check to replace the first bad check from the bank...hold for 8 days....No problem I get it. But then I get an email today they are closing all my accounts due to fraud! I did not do one fraudulent thing, my accounts have been perfect for years. Two banks make mistakes and I get punished. I have been on top of this and working hard to fix their mistakes and they are closing my accounts. Why not fire the person who did not verify fund availability before releasing the first bad bank check? Run from this bank and branch.

20 minutes in line,only 1 Rep is working.Customer in from of me asks them for $1500 cash. And guy disappears for another 10 minutes to go find cash, cause he is "short". What kind of bank branch doesn't have $1500 in the drawer? Get your s... together, people

This branch would not cash a check because my wife and I got married and she just changed her last name. The check had her maiden name on it. Drove to the next closest Wells Fargo and they cashed it for us.... We had passports / marriage certificate / new & old drivers license. The man right when you walk into the branch was very disrespectful.Worst WF branch I have been to. Sadly, this is the closet one.

Hands down the worst and slowest customer service! They make everything so difficult. If you try to go inside, or talk to someone, they are too busy or have limited hours. I have been frustrated multiple times with this branch. I am now going to switch banks! They continue to use COVID as an excuse to limit their hours and their service! Wells Fargo needs to take notice to all the dissatisfaction.

This Location has the most laziest and worse customer service ever. I am part of homeland security and visiting this location is the worse experience in my life. BBB will and secret service will investigate this location for racism and clause 242… You guys have messed up

This is a bank from top to bottom that does not believe in customer service and will do nothing to help their clients. The manager and the district manager hide behind fake policies to do as little work as possible. Always looking for excuses to not do the right thing. The corporate and local give different answers to the same question but what it clear from both the Wells Fargo policy is to do a little as possible whenever possible.Adding to my review: the person below that contacted me said someone from there Executive Client services department would reach out. They did we received and email that they might reachout in 10 business days.This is Wells fargo customer service now waiting 21 days for any answer.

Called. No one picks up. Drive there, no customers in building. WTH? I will say the lady Cynthia was very nice and I have nothing negative to say there but next time somebody pick up the damn phone.

I felt like I "bothered them" by trying to open an estate account for my brothers covid death as I was appointed executor of his will. Cruel treatment....not one bit of help. I have 4 accounts there at this time and will more than likely move them. No customer service from there except the tellers are great.

I have tried to call this branch several times throughout the years I've lived here and it seems like they never answer their phone. I needed to ask about notary services, which the website tells you to CALL THE BRANCH. It rings, I select "0", rings, I select "0" again to "keep holding", it rings and then transfers me to the 800 line with a 15 minute wait and a "you'll have to call the branch" recommendation. Very frustrating. The Ponte Vedra location answered right away. It's worth the extra drive.

Good bye Wells Fargo!! My Mama always says "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all".
