I have been using WF in FL for my daily checking, savings, and bill pay for about 3 months now and have no complaints. The mobile app and online banking are great, and the one interaction I had with my local branch customer service was good. A lot of the complaints I see are related to interest rates, which really don't bother me because I keep the majority of my savings and investments with Fidelity, which pays 4.67% in the government money market fund or 2.67% in the FDIC-insured cash management account.

Stop by the bank before closing. I deposit a check, but forgot to endorse the back. Did not do everything in their power to assist me did not wow me at all. Was a moment of frustration and failure and Less than satisfactory customer service. Because it was closing time they did not do everything in their power to help me out at all very disappointed in the experience with Wells Fargo.I will make sure in the near future to give them the same courtesy as I receive at the Atlantic Boulevard branch 13166. Location because it same as if my expectations were too high as a guest.

Open a new account.I try to open a new account and I was told they don't have time, and I need it to make an appointment. I it so sad that they don't want business, also very bad customer service.

I have to admit I rarely go to the actual bank anymore. I went to the ATM to draw cash for an upcoming trip and realized I was going out of the country and hadn't notified the bank. Now- it used to be, you had to go in and a teller could note your account. Well after waiting 10 minutes for a teller- she told me I "could" do it on the app. Sigh. I was there, I waited... unless they are no longer allowed to note an account (which they "could" have said that)- I don't understand why they couldn't help me. So, my impromptu trip inside a bank- which seems to happen now about once a year, was pointless. But the atm worked- so there's your 3 stars.

Amazing service every time I visit this branch! Bill greeted me when entering the building and was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I had to have something notarized and Tonya took care of everything quickly and was also extremely nice and helpful!

Only deposit half of your checks if you get more than $400 close too early on Saturday and you have to call to verify your transactions after a while when you use your card too much

Marlon... what a B-hole. He almost hit my car a few months ago in his ugly white dodge SUV. He doesn't care, just sits there with a blank look of his face. I wouldn't care either, but I'm not working in that industry.

Wells fargo is literally never open if you work. And on saturday they close at 2? is this a joke? horrible bank.

Came here few times. Never an issue. Using the atm for deposits is a breeze. They need to allow more bills at once tho
