Their ATM machine is down frequently where you can’t deposit. I can’t say they’re short staffed because when you have three tellers helping one customer, then that means they need organization.

If I could give them a minus 5 star rating I would. They had me wait for 30 minutes to "verify" a check from a client and then refused to cash it when he couldn't be reached by phone. Unbelievable.

The bankers are rude. The hours are not in any way convenient. The ATM machine is always broke and so is the one directly across the street. You are better off banking with VyStar. No fees and at least VyStar acts like they care. Wells Fargo acts as if they are doing you a favor by letting you keep your money there. WE ARE THE CUSTOMER AND WE KEEP YOU OPEN

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, this afternoon I went in and received the worst customer service not only from the teller from the male manager also. There was a very long line, and the manager refused to help The only two tellers that were working. The male teller was very rude, I think he was new because I've never seen him there before. He gave me such bad service that I am now switching banks I will never step in that bank again. August 15, at 3 PM

Definitely disappointed when there is only one ATM at this branch, which is out of order in the middle of the night. There is NO EXCUSE for a Wells Fargo to only have one ATM. Fix ASAP!Thanks

Thank you to Linda Mitchell for her outstanding customer service skills. I truly hope between this and the email I sent to Wells Fargo that she gets recognized for she made a difficult situation much easier. My parents accounts (two of them) were hacked. Ms. Mitchell took her time, listened, investigated and helped us obtain resolution to this difficult problem. She had the patience of Job and I cannot say thank you enough.

One of last branches to still have safe deposit boxes. Most of their business is drive-through. Their ATM is a blessing. Watch for the crazies crossing Old St. Augustine Road.

Only because I can’t give them zero. If you’re going to close the branch put clothes on your drive-through window and front door. Next have somebody available to answer the freaking phone for simple questions.
