They’re always super friendly & helpful. The banker, I believe her name is Ms. Jill, she helped me with every question & concern I had. She went above & beyond to make sure my problem was solved immediately. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Whether intentionally or unintentionally we were not told the truth and then they wasted over a week of out time. I would never do business with Wells Fargo again. Just watch yourself VERY carefully when dealing with this bank. We even stayed with them after the making extra accounts fiasco several years back. And they have let us down tremendously.
