Had a 9 appointment with a three-minute delay in arrival timeand they sent me to wait we waited for an hour with my daughter who is 5 and there were at least one or three other people that went before us without appointments. and we're told several times that we were going to be helped with in 5 minutesthat never happened we give them for chances with the five minute weights we waited for a whole hour but a man who walked in with us was helped without an appointment was taken care of by the manager.super unprofessional

Every since the very first day I opened my account with Wells Fargo they have always been there letting me know that it's my money and that they care so much . If I have any problems they let me know that I matter. Thank you all so much for y'all hard work.

Very disappointed this morning at this location.Unable to withdraw the funds I needed in the drive thru for security of the account. The max I was told is 1000 and I needed 3000. If security was an issue why not ask for additional verification. Apologizing for the inconvenience did not provide the funds I needed. I will research if this is at all locations or the location in a pro dominantly Black neighborhood. Wells Fargo doesn't mind at all receiving negative press.

I try to be there early because old people talk to much when waiting behind them and they aren't even paying attention. never-mind they don't know what they want to do when they get to the teller. And to top it all off they don't have I.D. (I mean who does that!)
