This location is doing something illegal, go into any location at the first of the month and you will see individuals leave with brown paper bags with thousands of dollars. Which Wells Fargo calls it federal aid. But I was told by a manager that it was an account set with the cartel and the individuals are withdrawalling the money and someone is waiting for them outside to collect .

No walk up ATM so you'll have to go in and stand in line just to deposit a little bit of cash. When asked Wells Fargo can't even tell me what ATMs in the city I can make deposits

Me and my 80 year old family member visited the bank and spoke to a banker her name was Kelly. To explain some affairs associated with his upcoming rental affairs she was very understanding about the situation and offered her great opinions and knowledge. Hopefully we both can make a good decision after speaking with her! Thanks Kelly!

The customer service at this branch bank of Wells Fargo is OUTSTANDING. This bank's customer service is the epitome of what every Wells Fargo customer deserves and expects when a customer enters a Wells Fargo facility. The managers of the Wells Fargo facility at 9700 Baymeadows Road should come to this facility to learn how a branch bank should be run.The comparison is similar to comparing a brand new BMW with a 17 year old Volkswagen bug with 280,000 miles on it.
