Don't use wells Fargo and close your account, the cashier lies about accepting torn money, I asked for a new bank note and was lied to about it being accepted, I was told they can't take it but looking online it say it can be sent into the bea or us mint to be replaced as long as it's more than 50% of the bill and mine is 99% other than it being tapped together,now I have to mail it in and wait anywhere from 2-36 months to get a new bank note. They wasn't any help and useless.

THE WORST WELLS FARGO BRANCH! Every time I go in there’s a line and they move SO SLOW! Walked in to make a simple cash withdrawal today at 9:43am with only 3 people in front of me, now it’s 10:07am and I’m still standing here waiting!!THE WORST!!!

Very slow working environment, even slower than the zootopia guys. I don’t know was there a branch manager, otherwise it wouldn’t be this much slow. Waited very long just for a notarization. Only two customers were inside the building.

This branch is by far the worst I've dealt with. The line are very long and never enough tellers to assist the customer. I've been with Wells Fargo many years and have 3 accounts with them. I only go to this branch because it's the closest to my home. The drive thru is now shut down for whatever reason. It can be 10 or more people in line with only two tellers open. The business customers is served by the same two tellers skipping other costomers already waiting in line.This is beyond poor customer service. I've visited other branches and never seen nothing like this. Wells Fargo, please do better at this location, the costomers deserve better than this.

This Springfield Wells Fargo is perfect if you're in the area. There's a drive thru and an atm in the rear if needed. There are also several parking spaces. During my visit, it was a little busy so there was a little wait since there were only two tellers. However, experience was smooth and efficient.

Be ware, DONT use this bank. If you notice they always have plenty of staff to open accounts but those same people do nothing to help the understaffed counter. You’ll be in line waiting for way too long. Don’t expect a quick in and out ever! Managers walk around yet do nothing to help the flow. Worst location I’ve ever been too but forced to use bc of location. They want you to open and take your money but do everything they can to avoid giving you your money when you’re in a rush.

Went in to open an account with a check drawn on this bank. I was told they were "too busy".I then asked to cash the check, and was told they didn't have the funds to cash it.The lead teller and security guard were polite and helpful, but the branch manager was quite possibly the rudest customer service provider I've ever met.You lost a large account today.

Repeat if you the banker don't want to be there, don't come to work. Attitude was crazy, I see why the reviews are low. No one wants to work. Ghetto like
