I went to open an account in this branch and the banker reached me with her eyes on her watch and it’s not even 3:00 PM and they close at 5:00 PM so that’s give her couple hours to finish opening a checking account but she was so dry and when she called me and my wife I asked her about the bank offer online and what it said but she refused to explain anything to us about it and was very rude and I am suggesting to find her a job somewhere else not related to a customer services cause she doesn’t know what customer services look like, also I don’t recommend people to go this branch cause she will ruin their day.

I’ve had my account with Wells Fargo for 3 weeks. My first paycheck I went to the branch and deposited it with no problems at all. The following week I went on a Thursday as they were closing so I had to deposit into the atm and they put a hold on my check claiming a signature was irregular. Obviously I need my check to pay my bills so I went the next day with a new check that I had to get an advance from work, went into the branch and deposited my check. I checked my account and $400 had cleared and the remainder was set to clear the next day. I got up the next morning and went to pay my rent just to find out Wells Fargo put a hold on this check too! I’ve called customer service over and over and have gotten different excuses every time about why I can’t access $1400 that I have deposited in my account. This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. No one can tell me why my checks have been held, I can’t access my money to pay my bills and there’s a good chance I’m going to end up homeless because of this bank. I even had one customer service agent tell me from now on take my checks to where my company banks with and cash them with a fee and deposit cash into my account.

have been trying for 45 minutes to SPEAK to a bank rep. So far, that has not happened. So many menus you get transferred and then the cycle begins again. I am so frustrated!

Been at this location for years!! Great management team n crew!! But As an costumer of wells fargo …its the worse experience I had today!! Took up way too much of my time at the drive thru! No traffic which was good! Its usually super quick and convenient! What i hoped n expected! ..The problem was the transaction process! I keep busy all day everyday n would like an employee there with better experience to get me on my way!!!Current google ratings at 2.1! ??♂️

This bank has the worst service EVER and it JUST KEEPS GOING DOWNHILL. Today I tried to purchase a cashier's check at the a drive-in banking window and I was told by the teller that I had to go inside the bank to get a cashier's check. I am handicapped and walking is painful for me but I really needed this cashier's check so I parked and went inside this branch bank facility This teller (who is also as I noticed when I went inside the bank) was just too LAZY to fulfill the request of a drive-in customer. I would like to say that the teller who assisted me inside the bank was very courteous and helpful -- in stark contrast to what I encountered at the drive-in facility. I have three accounts at Wells Fargo and a safe deposit box at this location. To say that I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. I would STONGLY advise anyone who is opening an account and would have to use this location for banking services to go to Chase or another large bank if you need a bank with multiple locations. And, NO, I am NOT going to contact anyone at an e-mail address or call anyone at Wells Fargo. My phone number is a matter of record at Wells Fargo and if anyone at Wells Fargo is remotely interested in Customer Service as it relates to the Wells Fargo account holders, THEY can contact me at my phone number of record.

First off the guy working the drive thru is very rude and no help. He gave out false information to me. The teller was no help. They dont have enough employees to help people you will wait forever. After this interaction i'm closing all my accounts with wells fargo!
