In April I finally left Vystar after all their issues and came back to Wells Fargo Bank and could not be more pleased. Not only are my accounts up to date and correct, but the service at this branch has been great the couple of times I've had to go inside. I go through the drive-thru ATM more often than not to make deposits and withdrawals; and let me tell you that the ATMs at Wells Fargo blow Vystar's out the water. Also I didn't think anything of it, but Wells Fargo deposited a $300 bonus into my checking account for opening up a new account with them. Bonus!

Today I had the privilege (and I have to say I was honored by the privilege) to have Hunter assist me with a deposit. Not only was he the most professional individual, he was friendly personable and invested in to providing outstanding customer service. While he was working, he asked open, ended questions and demonstrated a genuine interest in me as a customer. This type of customer service goes a long way in maintaining a strong customer base. Wells Fargo Baymeadows should be very proud of the actions of hunter, for he truly demonstrated customer centered service.

This review is long overdue, but I stopped banking with Wells Fargo after they charged me for money that my grandmother owed on her account. This all happened after I tried to get a refund on some shoes that I bought for work after I canceled my Wells Fargo debit card. They said they will issue me a check for my refund since my account was closed. When I received my check, I noticed it wasn't for the original amount of my refund. They told me that my grandmother owned money on her account, and that money was debited from the refund check they issued to me. Don't bank with this organization, they're literally crooks!

The banker has a lot of attitude and feels like she doesn't want to help. Very disrespectful behavior. She works for this big company and she should have better aritude to the guest.

Went at this branch last friday.I had a returned check,first time ever,i didn’t know what to do,but i knew it wasn’t my employer as i work for a hospital.Before i went to branch i called 1800 and they told me the mobile deposit failed,so i could re deposit at the branch.This lady,dont know her name,her cube is right in front of the door,she looker clueless,only looking at her i had a bad feeling,i told her what happened,she then called 1800 ,like i did,i was like,wow she really dont know what to do! i could hear the banker telling her i need another check,i said” its not my fault it was the bank mobile app”the Reedy Branch branch worker said” shes saying it isn’t her fault” i was like “ this is so unprofessional im was impressed with her attitude,then i asked for my check and left to Bartram Park wells Fargo,the manager immediately said “u can redeposit it!!! it s the mobile fault so just redeposit “I did it ,i will never go to this Branch again,its like Covid left employers with no other choice but to hire clueless people.

I’ve been a customer for many years. I’ve also been one of the feral cat feeders at this branch for 5 years. The new manager says she isn’t a cat person and has vowed to have me and any other feeders arrested if we feed the 3 cats that live around the bank. Not a very nice way to treat a customer.

The Teller failed to tell me that Wells Fargo is completely down prior to depositing my money. Once I handed her over the money and selected which account it should go to, etc, she then said sorry our systems are slow because we are working offline. I didn't second guess it really since she continued on like there wasn't going to be an issue, and the transaction was already completed anyways, and she let me know the money would be available IMMEDIATELY and that I would have an email confirmation. So, here I am, 3+ hours later - with no record of the money being deposited and no email receipt. HOPEFULLY, for the sake of whoever answers the phone when I call, that my money will be available with no issue once the system is back up. I understand that there are technical difficulties beyond your control, but you're lacking communication from your customer service. If I would've known from the start, I would've kept my cash so I could have access to SOMETHING.

Wells Fargo doesn't let you deposit cash if you don't have your Debit Card or ID. I did have my cc. Funny they didn't need this when they opened accounts without my knowledge. Closing all account soon. This bank should be closed.

Walked in and seen leanne from the deerwood branch she is such a great customer service rep. Shes always so polite and respectful.
