Staff was utterly rude, applied for a position and was not even considered at all not even for a five minute phone call considering I’m overqualified for the position. I guess they prefer hiring little teenagers.

The store was amazing when they first opened. I loved that manager. The staff was positive and seemed to care about the customers. Now, they always screw up my good order. For the prices they charge I should be getting everything I requested on my order but the workers regularly leave stuff out.

this store is brand new and it’s already gross/dirty as if it’s been around for years. never has anything good in stock, always have to wait until like 630am or later for sizzli sandwiches……any other store i go to will have them out and ready to pick up at 5:30am. maybe it’s just the area but this is my least favorite wawa but unfortunately is closest to where we live

I’m not from Jacksonville, but stopped by this Wawa to get coffee, very nice staff. Thank you manager for your excellent customer service :-)

Corrie was extremely unprofessional I waited here 30 mins for a sub which I never got asked for a refund and he mouthed people act like they have no patience and and idk how much more patience one needs a sub should never take 30 mins

About 3 days ago I ordered an order and since it took so long to deliver it to the delivery man, he canceled the order and informed me that it could take up to 1 hour.

I have never been treated so rude by one of the staff on The late night shift after 10:00 p.m.Marwa what's the name on her name tag I said she was a supervisor all I asked for was less cheese on my pizza and for it to be cooked well done and I was treated like a piece of dirt I'll be taking my pizza back in the morning or there might be a normal manager to speak to me this is Wawa location really needs to get it together I started going to this location regularly about 4 months ago I'm also been harassed at the tire air station on more than. And it just keeps getting worse sorry to see it I like the smoothies but I guess I'll have to take a break

Just left Wawas.. I went there to fill up my gas tank pulled in gas prices was $3.15. Walked in to pay ..went back out to fill up prices on sing says 3.15 ... Price on pump says $3.39..... please pay attention to both ... Before you pump your gas..

I give these five stars and my kudos to the supervisor Ms. Marwa!!! I was very upset about my pizza. It was burned!!! Have never had a problem with my ordered from this store!!!She was very apologetic and sympathize with me regarding my disappointment...I used my Google to locate the number for this store and happen to see the stars. WHAT!!! 2 and a 1/2 to 3 stars? I was shocked as I read the reviews. Feeling annoyed by the reviews... I was on hold waiting for someone to answer. Lady was very nice she went a got her manager within 2 minutes. The supervisor I spoke with was awesome and she also promised that she was gonna send a text to everybody in the group chat so they can be aware of what's going on. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She really made me feel so much better. I have restored my faith back into Wawa!!! I've never had a problem. This store be on point (EVERYTIME I've came in this store). Thank you for helping me you rock sweetie!!!I wish my phone call could be used for training purposes!!!!
Parking: I always get the front row parking no matter what time it is!!!! Its so many gas pumps(more that Shell gas station) I have NEVER waited on a pump!!!

Tried to refrain from leaving a review this bad, but this location is just awful... it's purely the quality of the workers and there willingness to get the job done. This location rarely has coffees available at night and the menu gets severely restricted quite early in the evening. Where is the appreciation for night workers ar a 24 hours convenience location? Ive stop bothering to just show up. I always try to order online now to see what is available so i do not waste my time and gas coming to an location that has nothing available. I got a coffee at midnight at the town center location last night. Waste of a WAWA location.
