I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place needs to change. With so much competition in Jax, you can't act like you're the only convenience store near Beach and Hodges. The service is poor, there's little to no acknowledgment or help, and the coffee is often stale and rarely stocked. After my fourth and final visit with the same disappointing experience—whether late at night, early morning, or midday—I've decided to leave this review. This store is consistently poorly run with equally poor results.

Very terrible service, they misplaced our order and then continued to not address us or let us know that it would be a wait for our food. After asking about our order the girl then rudely interrupted us and told us it’s going to be 10 more minutes, we had already been waiting 10 minutes. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

The only things I recommend ordering are the drinks, stacker sandwiches, or the burgers, Everything else is bland, or barely edible, cold and undercooked. Even the rice and beans.
Pizza is worse than Little Caesars, it's actually as tasteless and burns like cardboard when reheated.
Sometimes the food is burned if it came off the heatlamp shelf. The cream cheese pretzels, egg rolls and morning hash browns are the only things worth it from there.
All the fruit flavor options to order are amazing, and the shelf Wawa brand Mango Tea and Pineapple Lemonade bottles are also fantastic.
Parking: Everywhere.

Bathrooms are disgusting i dropped my phone into what seemed to literally be semen which sounds fake but literally white gross stuff and they didn’t have soap in the bathroom so it couldn’t have been that. Employees don’t care about the orders and usually get everything wrong or forget stuff, overall a bad experience, go to the wawa at town center instead. They’ll get u right

The wawas are all very good, especially the food, the meals are very delicious but the service is neither bad or good. I recommend the faster automatic service if you have problems speaking English.

The girl working at 1:30am on Jan 19 in the deli section has a horrible attitude. Deli section overall at this location needs improvement.

I ordered chocolate cookies & cream milkshake and that’s what they gave me. It didn’t look right and I asked them if they can fix it, they said no. I didn’t want to argue, so I left. I didn’t have any problems with other Wawas. Definitely not going back to that location again.

Edit: 11/26/23 just got coffee and it is not hot at all.They don’t serve flavored black coffee. They have all the barrels just on display every day. The regular coffee is the only one that gets filled. Brewing French vanilla coffee again so there’s at least one more option. I mean they have a whole coffee counter and they probably don’t sell a lot of coffee because you can only ever get unflavored black coffee. There used to be people at the coffee counter at all times of day, but now why would they be when their options are limited to only regular coffee. The margin on coffee is ridiculous so they’re really just leaving money behind. It’s too bad. The location is so good.

Ordered Food first time they switched the sandwiches topping meats completely messed up reordered and somehow the forgot cheese on a PANINI. Truly don't understand why it would be hard to put bread meat and cheese together but ?♂️ who

Store number 0533 or excellent from the time I walked into the store everybody was helpful had a very curious attitude the manager of that store is wonderful I was traveling to Miami it was my birthday I was exhausted and I wanted something to eat at Wawa's totally surprised me with a birthday meal they seen the hospital bed on my arm and it just made me cry I wasn't expecting a birthday breakfast but it was delicious and if you want a good shopping experience try Wawa
