“After the local ***** dealer installed a new clutch in my 93 Corvette I began having transmission problems. Within 200 miles it was no longer drivable. The dealer refused to stand behind their work and said the transmission must have been bad before I brought it in. (BS) They also said they couldnt fix it because it was a rare transmission and no parts were available. I called every transmission place I could find in ******* and everyone said the same thing, sorry but no parts are available. Then I found ***. It did take longer than he expected to fix due to parts delays from COVID and the rarity of the transmission, but he kept me updated and the Vette runs great now. It wasnt cheap, but nothing good ever is. If it wasnt for *** I would have had to sell the car for parts. Cant say enough good about him or his work.”

“The photos in the previous reviews show a different place. The place at 8100 Westside Industrial Dr in Jacksonville is a small spot. They don’t start unloading until 0730, they have 5 docks and only 3 docks with dock ramps for long van trailers. There was only one usable dock when I got here at 0650 am and somebody already beat me to it. The guy inside the office was a good spirited fellow. I did have to walk across the freight area to get checked in but that was because I was early. The check in desk is just inside by door 10 near the east end of the building. The building has approximately 6 businesses here. Enter the drive way from the west end of the building if you have a long box. There is limited pull up room here due to the cars parked along the North edge of the drive. A restroom is available near the office; just ask. No waiting area. No vending machines.”

“Everyone in the warehouse was awesome to work with "Evelyn" was very helpful and even call me to make sure I made it home safe with my pickup order. I was in and out with my order within 15 minutes. “Closed over the weekend. Over night Parking for a few trucks outside of the gate just pull off to one side or the other. The gates were opened at 6:30 the next morning when I woke up. Do not drive into the gate when it opens get out and walk to the receiving door. Had me unloaded within 15 minutes. No restrooms that I seen. But very fast.”

“Drop and hook for my company. No unnecessary conversations... give them the correct pu# and they give you paperwork and location of the trlr. A real trucker has his own restroom and food set up in his truck.”

“I had a 1200-2359 pickup time, the receiver was awesome, speedy, and professional. Not a lot of empty parking, just find a spot where you can. Pickup is the backside of the building, in front if you are dropping a load there.”

“My experience was nice for me; I got unloaded quick. There is a lumper fee . No overnight . The paperwork did take a minute ? I parked for a minute and no one bother me. Everyone, from the ladies and gentlemen was really nice ?Easy docking”

“It was my first time! Just got a new membership. I was very excited. The counter lady who took my ID and got my membership card was excellent, very friendly! The greeter at front door was very informative. All through the store customers and staff were very friendly and assisted me getting my items.I went to self check out there was a man there very rude. He scanned all my items so fast and basically rushed me out the way. That's why I went to self check out so I could do it myself, I didn't expect to have to deal with someone who was so gruff, rough, mean and nasty. He didn't treat the white people who came up like that he only treated me like that I feel because I was black and no I'm not pulling the race card. if you watch the footage you will see how rude he was to me.Went on to purchase one of those chicken Hot pockets I think at the hot food stand I was glad there was a koisk that I could scan my card because I think they only took cash at the cash register. The lunch was hot and delicious.I left to go load my car I was bringing back the cart and a young gentleman came out to get the cart and told me I could have left it and he would have got it. I really appreciate him for that. That was very nice but I don't like to leave my carts in the middle of the parking lot, other people could be using it.Overall except for the weird, rude behavior at the self checkout Costco is a very lovely place.I was able to buy the big king crab legs for a reasonable price. I got Phillips crab cakes that were full of lump crab meat, so delicious. I even tried a Acia berry juice that I am drinking here at home and it is delicious.They had a very high quality name brand shower head on sale $39.99 that was the deal of the century to me because they were trying to charge me $125.00 at the other hardware stores. The parking lot was very clean and supplies of hand sanitizer was available for me to use around the store....”

“Extremely polite and respectful employees very helpful very knowledgeable in their job and what they were doing and how to help us. Was in and out in a very quick Manor had an interview drug test and was gone within 15. The only disappointment I had was the lady actually doing the drug test she seemed very irritated to be there, and very irritated to have to help anyone that made a mistake in doing their drug test. She did not pay attention to the screen when I try to tell her that my screen had skipped a page and then when I did my test wrong she made it out like I was an idiot when I try to tell her that the screen skipped and that was the whole reason I did it wrong. But all the other employees were amazing helpful happy smiling and made it a great place to be for the time I was there”

“Woowww a big difference from others PUBLIX warehouses.... this a REAL EXCEPTION ? ? ? well here's my experience with them...I arrived more than 2 hours before my appointment time to unloaded a load from Ohio Campbell ? soups.... the guard shack they're so polite and very friendly ??.... so in my case my instructions was after guard shack tl at stop sign...go till arround the warehouse..park my unit then walk to door 27 to give them my bol and phone number...inmedially the girl assigned to me door 42 and in less than 20 minutes boom ? she's called me to pickup my bol...I left the warehouse almost 2 hours BEFORE my appointment time....they're sooooo fast efficient and friendly.... they allow u to arrive 2 or 3 hours before your appointment time ⏲️..... also the warehouse is out from Jacksonville in my case I arrived from I 75 south to I 10 east then at the exit is just like 2 or 3 miles and easy entrance with big signs for trucks...as soon u arrive take the right lane for carriers the midline is for dedicated publix and left lane for cars... good experience in my case ... THANKS ?”

“It’s work. This is a PIT facility, it took me a week to get over the fear. Then it was fun! Then it was boring. But the safety equipment really does work. Going on three years and never seen any one fall off or get seriously injured. Most of the time your in an isle on a guided wire ( like amusement parks ) it keeps you straight, and the isles are so tall if not for the letters telling me the level, you kinda don’t notice if your high or low. Great people here, and the few exceptions don’t stay for long.”

“You check in/out with the Kiosk inside (next to dock 27). As long as you can read and write English you’ll be fine. They were very quick to get me loaded and out of there. The only negative I would say is I had absolutely no cell reception anywhere there. The yard dog was even very helpful and let me know I needed to disconnect from the trailer and I was having issues connecting back up, he moved it out of the dock for me. Good experience for me.”

“Huge!! I actually love the clear signage directing trucks properly. Lots of staging parking. O/n parking allowed, but ask if you want. Very helpful staff. Do not wait until the last moment to go check in. Drivers have to stage and then walk bills to security check-in. Fill out the slip that is on the table in front of the guardhouse. After processing, you'll receive a call from shipping/receiving with your door and where to check in by the docks. Lots of maneuvering room. Drivers are supposed to wear safety gear such as visible vests. You can not miss this place, and from what I witnessed, it is pretty clean. The dock supervisors and 'leads', including loaders and unloaders, are all very awesome at this facility. Security is awesome, too. When you approach the exit or departure area, drivers have to hand the guard your 'trailer control record', and it must be signed by receiving (or shipping). There is an area where drivers can safely stop and secure their equipment before heading out. This C&S warehouse is the only one I've ever been to that really impressed me.
