“After the local ***** dealer installed a new clutch in my 93 Corvette I began having transmission problems. Within 200 miles it was no longer drivable. The dealer refused to stand behind their work and said the transmission must have been bad before I brought it in. (BS) They also said they couldnt fix it because it was a rare transmission and no parts were available. I called every transmission place I could find in ******* and everyone said the same thing, sorry but no parts are available. Then I found ***. It did take longer than he expected to fix due to parts delays from COVID and the rarity of the transmission, but he kept me updated and the Vette runs great now. It wasnt cheap, but nothing good ever is. If it wasnt for *** I would have had to sell the car for parts. Cant say enough good about him or his work.”

It was hard to find a parking place, hard to maneuver their giant carts through the store with so many people, and there were very long lines at the checkout. Other than that it is a good store, like all the other Costco's.”

“The photos in the previous reviews show a different place. The place at 8100 Westside Industrial Dr in Jacksonville is a small spot. They don’t start unloading until 0730, they have 5 docks and only 3 docks with dock ramps for long van trailers. There was only one usable dock when I got here at 0650 am and somebody already beat me to it. The guy inside the office was a good spirited fellow. I did have to walk across the freight area to get checked in but that was because I was early. The check in desk is just inside by door 10 near the east end of the building. The building has approximately 6 businesses here. Enter the drive way from the west end of the building if you have a long box. There is limited pull up room here due to the cars parked along the North edge of the drive. A restroom is available near the office; just ask. No waiting area. No vending machines.”

“Closed over the weekend. Over night Parking for a few trucks outside of the gate just pull off to one side or the other. The gates were opened at 6:30 the next morning when I woke up. Do not drive into the gate when it opens get out and walk to the receiving door. Had me unloaded within 15 minutes. No restrooms that I seen. But very fast.”

“This warehouse is too small to have everyone trying to check in first thing in the morning. If you are too early for your appointment, you will find yourself parking on the street or at the pilot burning up your 14 hour clock because they will turn you around. Loading time in my case was only 2 hours but I was one of the few that had a dry van. I would imagine reefer would take longer. The docks are a little bit tight but still manageable. I don't have any problem picking up from here again.”
“only came in here to pick up an empty trailer. the place is easy to find and maneuver around. the shipping/receiving office is directly to your right as soon as you come in through the entrance. the empty i was supposed to be picking up was fully loaded so i had to find another empty, but the layout makes it easy to back.”
“My experience was nice for me; I got unloaded quick. There is a lumper fee . No overnight . The paperwork did take a minute ? I parked for a minute and no one bother me. Everyone, from the ladies and gentlemen was really nice ?Easy docking”
“Extremely polite and respectful employees very helpful very knowledgeable in their job and what they were doing and how to help us. Was in and out in a very quick Manor had an interview drug test and was gone within 15. The only disappointment I had was the lady actually doing the drug test she seemed very irritated to be there, and very irritated to have to help anyone that made a mistake in doing their drug test. She did not pay attention to the screen when I try to tell her that my screen had skipped a page and then when I did my test wrong she made it out like I was an idiot when I try to tell her that the screen skipped and that was the whole reason I did it wrong. But all the other employees were amazing helpful happy smiling and made it a great place to be for the time I was there”

“Super friendly place to deliver! Office, warehouse, & yard staff were respectful & understanding. They did their best to keep things moving smoothly. Minus one star for the tight dock if there’s trucks parked in front, but that’s not their fault & they do a good job of keeping them away. Short term parking on the quieter northern side of the pond. Police presence, no overnight parking. Appt 0800, checked in at 0600, bills in hand 0730 can’t beat it.”

“It’s work. This is a PIT facility, it took me a week to get over the fear. Then it was fun! Then it was boring. But the safety equipment really does work. Going on three years and never seen any one fall off or get seriously injured. Most of the time your in an isle on a guided wire ( like amusement parks ) it keeps you straight, and the isles are so tall if not for the letters telling me the level, you kinda don’t notice if your high or low. Great people here, and the few exceptions don’t stay for long.”
“2.15.25...My appt was scheduled for 8a. I arrived and checked in at 654a. HAVE YOUR LICENSE AVAILABLE. The people at the booth were nice. I was given instructions on where to go park and take bills to receiving by door 222. I was given a door immediately. A nice young man came out to chock my wheels and started the unloading right away. They were done by 746a and thats with paying lumper. But then again I had a multi-load and they had 6 palletts. They will call you once bills area ready. Nonetheless everything was smooth and easy. There is a staging area that you can arrive by 8p if you're being unloaded in the am the following day.”

“My app 9 AM so i checked in 13:30 the day before 2 hrs later got a door 40 min later trailer empty now I'm waiting on them to count the product. I'm not saying the bad reviews ain't real but it's not everyone's experience.
PS. bunch of us waiting on the property with no issues, others waiting on the street.”
“Truck parking on the side for overnight/waiting on your appt. Be sure to park your truck before approaching the gate for chec-in, don't pull up to the gate. Plenty of room to maneuver inside the facility, even the owner/operators can do it.”

“The eye exam inside of Costco it’s clearly the place to go that is fair was amazing. She took her time to explain things to me terminology. She was very kind and polite. The Costco eyeglass shop. It’s a wonderful place to go to purchase your glasses. I was amazed at how low the lenses cost me. They have a wide variety of brands. The prices on their frames are also quite amazing. I would not go anywhere else other than Costco to purchase my glasses as the price as I mentioned above is the best anywhere I have been.”
