I placed a delivery order tonight. My order was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the driver she didn't speak English. I'm so disappointed. I called customer service, I will be refunded in a few business days. But To be honest I would rather have my order.:(

Of all the Walmarts in Jacksonville I think this is my favorite one. People are very friendly and the store is usually very clean. Every time we have done the self curbside pick up it has always been smooth and our order has been correct. Easy accessible in this area.

My friend brought me and my 5 year old grandson here to get fishing line. What he didn't realize was he brought me and my 5 year old grandson here.... to the "BIG BLUE STORE" that equals "SO MANY TOYS! SÓ LITTLE TIME AND MONEY!" 20 minutes in, my friend has found a place to sort of sit and rest and wait. My 5 year old grandson and I are making our way to the Hot ? Wheels (the one "1" thing I said he could get) But then it happened.....THE LEGO ROW!) Oy vey!! Another 20 minutes later, 3 (yes...3 not 1) Hot Wheels later, we were able to finally leave. Did my friend get the fishing line? I can't remember...???

This Walmart is very big super store near Southside and Avenue mall area.
The customer service and staff are nice and helped to find the product quickly.
Always more stock and multiple choice to pick for each product.

I used the money center to send money to a family member out of state via Walmart to Walmart. This was an easy process and the gentlemen that took care of me make sure there were no errors prior to sending the money. Which was very appreciated. He was very friendly and helpful.
