10550 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Went to the store at 1050 door close had to wait for someone to leave for me to get in. I asked a worker (used to work on a prior Job) why the door close if the store close at 11 he said that’s not good, and he proceeded to talk to the manager on duty when I arrived at the register to check out, I heard the manager saying “well she had all day to shop “ but when she realized I heard her she looked at me and with sarcasm said how u doing? I always close my store 15 min early for the last 7 yrs that I been here and I said I get it but it isn’t fair if store isn’t supposed to close till 11 than she said well u got ur stuff I don’t understand why u still running your mouth. I told her that’s not a professional way to handle the situation specially she a manager. She white, heavyweight, short hair she always closing.

I just called the neighborhood
Market on old st Augustine rd. The customer service person was so rude and didn't give a flip about answering my question. "How much is it to rent the rug doctor?" Aswer: "I don't know". I laughed and said : "thanks for nothing " their response: "okay"..wow.

I love Walmart Marketplace. If all you need is groceries, this is the place to go instead of the Supercenter. You can get in, get what you need, and get out in minimal time.

Beware if you use pampers rewards or online gift cards or coupons they will refuse to take them. Manager working on 4/20/24 was really rude claiming they don't accept mobile coupons or gift cards. Reported them to pampers rewards ( they stated walmart has partnership with them and they have to accept them.) and walmart costumer service. I will never go back I didn't appreciate the manager insinuating that I was trying to scam them out of $5 btw when I had $70 worth of groceries and that I been getting away with using them on other walmarts.

At the corner service was closed at 8pm but when I come at 7 pm they said the land was closed and I been coming more then 10 time to send the money but when I come early it still no body work for that service

The front lady dressed as a wanna be “goth”with a men’s haircut needs a reality check. besides always being short, gives dirty looks and never has an answer for any question besides”i don’t know”, she never looks like she wants to be there... She maybe would be better as an overnight worker so nobody sees her. Just a thought
