Wal-Mart should be ashamed of themselves selling a water filter product for $32 that was used. yes, you heard me correct. used and damaged may i add. Consumers expect to get good quality and good value for money when purchasing products. Selling reused products without checking the product you taped down shows that Wal-Mart doesn't care about providing exceptional customer service nor quality goods. Wal-Mart has 4 core values which is respect, service, excellence, and integrity. None of this was shown today when they sold my mother a damaged and used water filter. please consider retraining and please check your products.

Today my fiance wanted to surprise me with a video game. She was told "pretty girls never buy this game," and then continued to be hit on after she said it was for her fiance.
Women shouldn't be harassed while shopping. Especially by your employees. Pick up women on your own time.

I have been going here 2 years now, mainly using the pick-up service. I really like placing my online order and picking it up at a specific time. Great service.

I visit this store often for curb-side, and the staff are always friendly! I've had issues in the past, but it feels like changes have been made and as of late the experience has been excellent!
It's easy to get caught up in issues, but ultimately a lot of these workers are teens and young adults who make every effort to please. I certainly encourage visiting this location for daily needs!

This location is conveniently located near Pensacola Airport. It has recently rearranged the layout so that you'll find a small "to-go" and on the run section in the front of the store that is stocked with an array of beverages, sandwiches, salad kits and more. Staff here is friendly, and the checkout process is efficient. The store is usually kept well stocked and is reasonably clean.

One of their promising locations. It's usually tidy & in order. I'll only go to this one & on my lunch. They have Subway & the service is decent.

The wine and spirits store never opens on time and some of their associates can be rude.

I hate going to Walmart, but my experience here was not bad at all. Quick in and out and had everything I needed.

How was your trip to Walmart today. Let me tell you about mine. I did my shopping and I needed one of the drills for a project. I asked someone for help and they showed me the button to push for help of which I did about 4 times and no one came. I asked several Walmart employees for help and they just walked by with no help. Finally after about twenty minutes a nice young man went and got the keys and got me my drill. So many walked by me and disregarded me. I was ignored and felt unimportant. I've been a loyal customer for years to Walmart and may not longer be. I'll pay that extra 30 cents.

It’s nice and convent Walmart. The one star is because my friend/coworker had their license plate stolen. This store was not willing to help.

Navigating this humongous store is good exercise. From nuts and bolts to liquor to prescriptions and pomegranates, the store probably has what you are looking for at good prices. What you won't find is a shallot, KA bread flour, top shelf bourbon or many premium brands.
I gave up telling staff that one of the grocery aisles is afflicted with multiple personality disorder: the signs on both ends of the aisle differ from each other.
This store is very poorly managed. They don't schedule restocking shelves properly, so there are always large carts pushed by employees who are indifferent to customers blocking the aisles. As a retired executive and a quality-management professional, I endeavor to ignore the lack of a quality culture. Were the manager working for me, his or her next job would involve a 7-11.
