Door greaters wouldn't let me leave bc they accused me of shop lifting. We went back to the cashier who explained that he charged me but they insisted that he scan it again which proved it was payed for. Second time at this store....

I thought all Wal-Mart money center opens at 7am or go to customer service or any register to load your Walmart One card. Three employees stading there doing nothing but conversating , didn't want to stop their conversation to help me. After I finally had to ask could I get some help only for the employee to tell me they couldn't load my card. I'm like yaare not doing anything but you want me to wait 2hrs for something only takes 1min to do. Home Office needs to have this in writing so the customers know when they can get help with their products. Every store needs to be on the same page because some stores do it and others don't

It was 8 o'clock at night, and I kept pressing the assistance button for 30 minutes for someone to open the door and get the product I wanted. But unfortunately I saw an attendant passing by in the hallway with a tablet, and every time I pressed the button, she answered the call on the tablet but didn't come to help me, this situation is extremely ridiculous, if the person doesn't want to work, they should go to the hell, too much ill will.

on October 16th around 6:00am I was shopping in said store for grocery and a "karen" white middle age female stated "hey corn bread, dont forget to buy your cornbread" I have talked to several managers and filed a complaint with corp office. I also filed complaint with the city of Jacksonville Florida.
