This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. They will do nothing less than make you feel like a piece of trash for needing any type of medication. Thank God I don’t have a need for this place anymore as I will never give them my business again. Take your business to Publix across the street or literally any other place you won’t regret it.

My husband had just lost his eye and we were heading back home from Gainesville. Called on the way in to see if the prescription was ready because he was in lots of pain. They said yes. Show up at 1:25pm. They are rolling the gates down. She sees me standing there and continues to shut them. I knocked on the window and said I just called can I please grab the prescription. She said “no we’re on lunch” I nicely said, “your lunch sign says 1:30-2 , it’s not quite 1:30 and a JUST got off the phone with you “ she told me that was not her problem and she was not going to help me. A JOKE for customer service and the medical industry.

Walgreens has gone downhill. They don't seem to have anything other than blood pressure & cholesterol pills. The staff is the rudest I've ever dealt with. I'm changing all my prescriptions over to Publix. They're MUCH nicer there.

Unfortunately, our experience with this Walgreens is the worst we’ve ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is completely rude, from the front desk staff through all of the actual pharmacists. You will be on hold for over an hour if you call; just be forewarned. If you actually show up in person because they won’t answer the phone, you will be treated with disrespect.

Google and the website says they close at 12. I showed up at 11:34 with a sign on the door saying “closed at 10 until further notice”. Thanks - That’s really helpful to those of us with sick children. I could have saved time and gone across town to the CVS that’s 24/7 instead of wasting my time coming to this Walgreens who make their own silly nilly hours without posting them anywhere.

By far the worse pharmacy I’ve ever encountered out of the multiple states I’ve lived in. Pharmacist and pharmacy employees were disgustingly rude to say the least. Idk how cooperate has not replaced them.

Walgreens needs to support its staff. They are grossly understaffed (probably at most locations and certainly at Yellow Bluff and New Berlin in Jacksonville, FL) and this trickles down to patient care (it was a pretty negative experience to put it lightly, you could feel the tension upon arriving at the pharmacy counter). These people are completely burnt out and spent. My family made appointments for vaccines and this location was so busy it was difficult for them to continue to function properly and administer the scheduled vaccines. This should not be the case. They need more staff, dependable staff, well-trained staff, and more support in general. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist acted as anyone would under this type of duress, with as much kindness as they could muster under the contempt for the situation they were put in from being left to handle a load they weren't staffed to accommodate. Walgreens: You can and should do better. Is leadership supported? I fear it isn't. Support your staff and your staff will take care of those using your services and making you money. It's a shame.

Even though I had a terrible visit yesterday, I would say that the store manager was kind enough to reach out regarding my concerns. My visits are normally fine, but I believe more training about customer service is needed desperately.

The pharmacy is horrible. The staff don’t care about the customers and will not answer the phone if you call. I was on hold for 15 minutes and got no help. Every couple of minutes someone would pick up the phone and put it back on hold. I went to the pharmacy to pick up the meds and they said they didn’t have anything from the doctor and told me to step aside. I called the doctors office and they received confirmation from the pharmacy that the request for meds was received. The rep said, “oh, it must be under my F1’s”. I’m not sure what that means but why wouldn’t she look there before telling me they don’t have it. She finally looked and of course they received the request from the doctors office. The pharmacy staff rep was too worried about the color of the other customers nail polish and didn’t seem concerned with doing her job. I will never use this pharmacy again.

The rudest pharmacy staff I had the unfortunate experience to endure. They act as if theyre doing you a favor to answer any questions you have and most of the time seemed as if they absolutely hate their jobs. The pharmacy tech & pharmacist need classes on how to deal with the public. Such a shame because the rest of the workers in the store are so nice and welcoming!

I decided to visit this location customer service is horrible!!!! From the manger down! They were rude and dry. The lady behind the counter was texting and seemed to be bothered when I asked to speak with a manger like I should not have been ask her anything while she was texting. I decided to visit this location even after I saw they only had 2 stars out of 5 so I guess this is my fault!This location is NOT RECOMMENDED! I do plan on reaching out to corporate.

I was getting destroyed by life and just having a terrible day. But Grace at the pharmacy really turned the day around for me! She was extremely helpful, considerate, and quick. I’m very thankful we have workers like Grace!

didnt shop here much other than necessities. a couple times the people were rude, but i mostly stayed to myself.

I have had no problem with the pharmacy. For the most part, my prescription is ready when needed. I've been treated kindly and with respect. The Walgreens in general is well stocked and the cashiers are friendly.
