What horrible service and a major inconvenience. Stopped by to buy some vitamins. Soon as I did I noticed they were the wrong ones literally while checking out in front of employee. I was told I needed my ID to return it and they couldn’t do anything. The manager comes over and said the same thing. I will literally never go to any Walgreens again. Receipt in had and they literally just rang it up. How absurd and ridiculous. Great way to inconvenience all customers. So preventable and I’m not even sure they know what they are doing here at this location.

I had a great experience here. I went in for a scheduled flu shot and had questions about another immunization. The pharmacist that helped me was named Jyo. It was very busy inside but he was able to address all my concerns and educate me on what the shot was for and why it was a good idea for me. I asked since I was here now would it be possible to get this shot as well. He was able to give it to me in between his other duties saving me a trip back. Thank you Jyo!

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacy team. Very slow and not responsive to handling concerns. I had to come back three times to get prescriptions because they couldn’t get it together and were very unkind. I had to update my contact info several times because the info was wrong and had to provide my insurance twice because it wasn’t entered correctly. I have a good amount of patience but honestly I felt so frustrating because I was without meds that manage my chronic illness because their lack of good customer service.

Photos…. Let’s talk about photos.Let me tell you about my wonderful week and experience I had with Walgreens.I ordered photos through Picta App. They have a new thing now where you put down a deposit for your photos.They took my deposit and my order never went through. I had to call American Express.The day after I went into this Walgreens. I explained what happened. I tried ordering photos again. Same thing happened. Order never uploaded they took my deposit.Had to call American Express again.I then used the Walgreens app. I made theorder went in to pick it up and told them I had a 25% off coupon. They were not able to assist & said it has to be applied to order first. I called the 1-800 # for the photos. They said they can’t adjust the price…..So NOW they have to throw out over 100 photos for me to start another order AGAIN!!!!GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

I gave the Pharmacist 5 Stars - very knowledgeable and professional but definitely overworked. Even so she has always taken the time to answer my questions completely, even when things are busy. Walgreens Management staff needs to address this serious issue before a customer is injured due to a mistake made by overworked pharmacy staff (Walgreens Management - 1 Star)
