I came here Jan, 21 at 10:00am at the drive through to pick up medication for my daughter. The lady working in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional; terrible customer service!!! I will be changing my pharmacy information at the pediatrician.

I had trouble navigating the wallgreens app to clip digital cpupon. I asked the employee to help me. He said he doesn't know how to do it. I think that wallgreens employees should be trained how to navigate wallgreens app to help customers!

They are more concerned with CYA than the customers. No empathy and poor customer skills with all personnel so it must come from the top down!!

Pharmacy dept are so rude and unhelpful. There always seems to be a problem when I pick up prescriptions here, then they give the wrong information on how to resolve the problem. The pharmacist I spoke to has such a bad attitude. You'd think they got paid extra to be rude. Zero trust in this pharmacy.

I work in a dermatology office, and every time we call this pharmacy they answer, place you on hold without saying anything, and then hang up the phone. Dozens of calls have been made without getting a hold of anyone. The call I am attempting to make is also about a pt that they gave the wrong strength rx to. . . Great work y’all -__-

This pharmacy is awful. You cannot get an actual person to answer the phone and then get put on hold and then disconnected. Do better Walgreens! Poor patient care.

Please be very careful if you use this pharmacy. I had incident almost a year ago where I was given another persons prescription. I understand mistakes happen however I was breastfeeding at the time and after doing more research, the medication this pharmacy mistakenly gave to me would have put my baby at great risk if I had taken it. Obviously, I went into the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist plus called corporate. It literally took weeks for a response back (after multiple calls on my end) and they were shockingly unimpressed (for a lack of a better word) after finally explaining what happened. I was offered a $25 gift card and a half hearted apology. I honestly wasn’t looking for any compensation, I just wanted for someone to take this seriously so this might be prevented in the future and in my opinion, it was not taken seriously at all. I have not be back since but today (8/27/2023) my husband had a prescription sent here (not on purpose) and we had another ridiculous experience. They were slow, rude and impossible to get any kind of resolution. After hours of waiting for his medications, we were told they were out of one of his prescriptions and needed to pick it up at a different location. This was after we were told a time it would be ready by. We asked the pharmacy tech a couple of questions after finding this out and she had the nerve to give us attitude. Zero empathy at the place, it blows my mind these people are in this field. I highly recommend using any other pharmacy instead of Walgreens but certainly this specific location. They simply, including corporate, do not care.

Terrible experience at this location. When you walk in the store it has an odd smell, long line of people waiting, items do not ring up at the price that they are on sale for. The manager's not interested in helping. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.

It is because of the utter ineptness of places like this that the pandemic never got under control. I started showing symptoms on Friday after (later finding out) that I was in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID so I took a home test that ended up being difficult to read so I went online to schedule a test. Nothing available until Monday. I go in for my test on Monday and am given a bunch of information about their procedure which clearly states the test will be overnighted except on weekends and that the lab typically takes 24 hours to run the test. The pharmacist makes a point to tell me it will take 48 hours total to get my results so I go home and isolate from my family for two days. After 48 hours, still no response from the lab so I log on to their site and see my sample has not even arrived yet. I call Walgreens and am told the shipment was delayed should arrive that day and then I should have my results tomorrow or the day after by the latest... that's 8 days after my symptons started and 4 days after the test was taken! Standard quarantine is 5 days followed by 5 more days of masking. By the time I get the results, they will be useless. I am the one who does the cooking, the shopping, and the dropping off and picking up from school because my wife's job is not as flexible as mine. If I don't have COVID, I just put my wife through a week of hell because Walgreen's is incompetent.

This pharmacy is now refusing to fill patients prescriptions who are using telemedicine. In April of this year Florida took another step towards expanding telemedicine. On April 6, 2022, Governor Ron DeSantis signed into law legislation to remove Florida’s prior restrictions on telemedicine prescribing of controlled substances. Previously, Florida had a general prohibition on prescribing controlled substances via telemedicine, with only narrow exceptions. However, this pharmacy is canceling prescriptions from medical physicians for patients with the appropriate DSM 5 diagnosis for no apparent or legal reason. They are not providing referrals or any prior warning leaving long term customers high and dry without a way to fill their current prescriptions. This is highly unethical and illegal behavior.

They have no common sense at all! We just left this store unable to make our purchase. The website said 7 Up soda was 1 for $7.99 or 3 for $11.99. However, it rang up for 3 for $15.98. We pulled up the ad and showed the cashier. She said that price was only for pick up. We showed her that was not true. The website clearly showed the $11.99 price for "in-store". A manager by the name of Jennifer came over and said the same thing, despite us showing her the ad. She said she called the store manger (Ginger) and was told she couldn't override the price. I find it hard to believe she called the store manager when she wasn't on-site. If she did, I find it also hard to believe a store manager would make such a decision without looking at what we showed Jennifer. Bottom line, they lost a sale over $7.98 when we were not asking them to do anything special; just use logic and realize their system wasn't ringing up correctly based on their advertisement. I've attached a screenshot of the advertisement as proof of our claim. We will buy sodas from anyone else but Walgreens after this experience.

I have called to speak to a representative 7 times now. Everytime I am transferred I get to hear 2 versus of "Brandy" and then get hung up on. Guess I'll have to drive there to get my rx filled. :(
