Walgreens' systems and customer service have gone downhill. I had a prescription cancelled because they were “out of stock,” but when I called the next day, the pharmacist told me they were selling “lots of it” the day my order was cancelled, despite it being in their queue. There's been an uptick of issues like this within the last 2 years and no one has a reasonable answer as to why it keeps happening.
The only reason I get my prescriptions filled here is because of Patrick. He’s the one person at this location who truly cares and does his best, even though it’s clear he’s not getting the support he needs from the rest of the team, management, or corporate. If he leaves, I can’t imagine how much worse things could get here.
Walgreens, please get your act together. Patrick can’t hold this place together on his own!

Hispanic cashier lied and told me only 20 cash back. I come here all the time and gwt cash back at 40/50

After one interaction with this pharmacy, I understand why they have such a low rating. I moved from Mayport to Sandalwood area but when I tried to fill my electronic prescription at this location, the pharmacy told me they weren’t accepting new patients and they didn’t know when it would be filled

The people at the pharmacy is rude, they never look at you face.. Service is terrible.. They definitely need to hire new people who want to work. Especially the old lady who works there she is a racist. Services is very poor

I came here Jan, 21 at 10:00am at the drive through to pick up medication for my daughter. The lady working in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional; terrible customer service!!! I will be changing my pharmacy information at the pediatrician.

I had trouble navigating the wallgreens app to clip digital cpupon. I asked the employee to help me. He said he doesn't know how to do it. I think that wallgreens employees should be trained how to navigate wallgreens app to help customers!

They are more concerned with CYA than the customers. No empathy and poor customer skills with all personnel so it must come from the top down!!

The pharmacist I spoke to has such a bad attitude. You'd think they got paid extra to be rude. Zero trust in this pharmacy.

I work in a dermatology office, and every time we call this pharmacy they answer, place you on hold without saying anything, and then hang up the phone. Dozens of calls have been made without getting a hold of anyone. The call I am attempting to make is also about a pt that they gave the wrong strength rx to. . . Great work y’all -__-

This pharmacy is awful. You cannot get an actual person to answer the phone and then get put on hold and then disconnected. Do better Walgreens! Poor patient care.

Please be very careful if you use this pharmacy. I had incident almost a year ago where I was given another persons prescription. I understand mistakes happen however I was breastfeeding at the time and after doing more research, the medication this pharmacy mistakenly gave to me would have put my baby at great risk if I had taken it. Obviously, I went into the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist plus called corporate. It literally took weeks for a response back (after multiple calls on my end) and they were shockingly unimpressed (for a lack of a better word) after finally explaining what happened. I was offered a $25 gift card and a half hearted apology. I honestly wasn’t looking for any compensation, I just wanted for someone to take this seriously so this might be prevented in the future and in my opinion, it was not taken seriously at all. I have not be back since but today (8/27/2023) my husband had a prescription sent here (not on purpose) and we had another ridiculous experience. They were slow, rude and impossible to get any kind of resolution. After hours of waiting for his medications, we were told they were out of one of his prescriptions and needed to pick it up at a different location. This was after we were told a time it would be ready by. We asked the pharmacy tech a couple of questions after finding this out and she had the nerve to give us attitude. Zero empathy at the place, it blows my mind these people are in this field. I highly recommend using any other pharmacy instead of Walgreens but certainly this specific location. They simply, including corporate, do not care.
