In case customers haven't been made aware, this locations pharmacy is "Closed" from 1:30 to 2:00. That's for both the drive thru and inside. This is something that has only recently started so it's recommended you schedule around this time for your pharmacy needs. I think this is a good idea for the Walgreens team! ? They always work so hard!

I was assured my script would be ready by 3 when I talked to pharmacist. I2 scripts weren't ready . As I had to take an Uber to do this the cost of my Uber was very expensive. On top of that ,the tech was very rude.

Pharmacy has terrible Asian guy that works there. He will not look at you when he talks to you. Very unprofessional as if he is superior over veterans and citizens in the USA. This guy is a national security issue. I go to CVS

Clearly someone wasn't paying attention to staffing. Twelve cars in the drive thru and at least 8 inside and 4 or 5 waiting for a flu shot. It could be the staffing issues but the pharmacist here is rude and dismissive. Save your frustration and find another pharmacy. This place used to awesome.

This Walgreens pharmacy is wildly understaffed. We made flu shot appointments and when we arrived to check in the pharmacy technician told me the computer says I'm ineligible for my shot through tricare...this is not correct flu shots are authorized through tricare as an active duty spouse I am eligible for flu shots, we have successfully gotten flu shots at Walgreens in other locations before. I was told I was ineligible but my husband was eligible. So any military members and spouses just get your flu shots at medical or anywhere else. We waited AN HOUR for just my husband to get his flu shot.

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Pharmacists act like they are burdened to do the job they are literally paid to do. My dr sent a prescription and i didnt get it until almost a week and a half later.. pharmacist decided to wait two days after it was sent to order.. switched over to CVS with no issues

Walgreens is a ripoff if you don't read the fine print! Bought a magnesium vitamin container that had to be returned. Guess what? The return "value" is $16.66 but I paid $24.99. The clerk showed that it was on my original receipt. It was so that's why you need to read the small print or go to CVS whhere they sell the same brand/product without such a penalty! NEVER SHOP AT WALGREENS!

Sat in line for 40 minutes after receiving an email that my prescription was ready just to be told it wasn't and told to"ride around again" and sit in line for another 40 minutes. Absolute wast of time. Someone needs to come in and fix whatever is wrong here.

Not at all surprised at the low rating! The pharmacist was extremely rude and unwilling to assist or answer questions. Prior experience the pharmacy tech was also rude and unhelpful. I only even bothered with them because my insurance is contracted with them. Walmart on San Jose is ALWAYS friendly, kind and willing to help!

Last night I arrived with only 10 minutes to spare. While my prescriptions were ready, my fiancé hadn’t called his in just assumed they were ready. While the very nice man had said I could come by in the morning and pick it up, he could tell from my begging eyes and well begging period and he stayed late to fill the prescription so I wouldn’t have to face the heat today. Amazing employee I believe he said he name was Jaquan (maybe be spelling it wrong, or off some sorry I have a horrible memory when it comes to names. I do hope he gets a pat on the back for a job well done, going the extra mile, and putting the customer first.

Do not go here to get your prescription filled everybody here seems like they hate their job I called to get a prescription filled and they must have answered the phone about 4 or 5 times and told me to hold each time and then I told the lady what happened then she got an attitude with me I wish that people that worked at some places would actually enjoy their job but they don't they never do

Had a myriad of problems with the hospital sending all of the prescriptions correctly but George did a great job of working with them to resolve all the issues and expedite the medicine before they closed. Thank you

If they tell you 3PM, you might get your meds by 7PM if not the next day.Condescending staff.

Terrible customer service. If you can use another pharmacy you should. They’re terrible. Rude from the moment they pick up the phone.
