Pharmacy manager John is the rudest little man I've ever met as a manager. He takes my DL & ATM card then outright laughs at me when I ask how are they going to replace it! This store is irresponsible, rude and careless with patients!!! Don't trust this place with your meds a d definitely do not hand them personal and important cards because they will keep it then take no responsibility and think it's funny!!!

Made an appointment a month in advance for a vaccine. I show up to appointment and they hadn’t ordered it yet. Wasted my time.

I made my review for a reason and it was removed....Jon is the only reason we have kept our prescriptions over there this long otherwise it's terrible there.... had one bad experience after another and have been going there 19 years and it was not until the last year we have heard and had our own bad experiences... in the pharmacy

Love this Walgreens!! Never as crazy as the one on 210, and I will drive out of my way for 13. I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer, of course coming from Chicago. They are always laid out the same and easy to find things, this is where cvs loses me. The pharmacy is what stands out at this location. Jonathon and his staff are fabulous. I never have to wait too long. And I’m always greeted with a hello when I walk in.

Prices marked wrong. Tried to charge more then the tag said. There Late for appointment. Have to be member to get 5.00 dollars for vaccines.

Have you ever been on hold for more than 10 mins, they kept me on hold purposely. There was none of them asking me if I could be on hold or communication of any kind. They would be on hold and when the hold timer ran out and would ring them again to remind them they had someone on hold they would pick it up and reset it I would hear the background noise as they reset it. This happened probably at least 5 times. I get it there were people in line but at least having an update instead of constantly just hearing hold music and ringing and then hold music again would be nice!

How dare you have an employee who parks their disgusting racist truck in front of your store. I am appalled that a company would allow this. I will be making sure everyone knows not to shop here because Walgreens clearly is not inclusive and does not care about every customer. How dare you.

I called 12/11 7:23p to inquire if liquid melatonin was in stock, and was told no. Checked online it showed it was in stock so I went to the store anyways , found the liquid. They didn’t take the time to look, lied about not having it when it was in stock for both adults and kids, store was not busy at all , so no excuse to not be able to check store shelves. I purchased the product but I will not return nor do I recommend anyone calling for products they simply will lie bad for business
