Went to the drive thru pharmacy this evening to pick up a prescription. The young woman working the pharmacy window was annoyed the minute I drove up. Her tone, her short responses, and demeaning words were inexcusable. Walgreens doesn’t need her.

Pathetic customer service.Prescription called in for 90 day supply.Go to store to pick up and they say don’t have enough to fill the order, can give 30 day supply.We are leaving the country and couldn’t wait for the additional supply to arrive.The biggest gripe is they didn’t bother to call to inform that they were unable to fill the complete order or transfer to another store that might have it.Choose a different store that cares about customers.

I typically dread calling pharmacies as you never really know who you’re going to get on the phone. Most pharmacies will just rush you off the phone versus trying to assist. Well not today…. I had the pleasure of speaking with Carol at the San Jose location, she was polite, patient and answered all my questions. She was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! ?

If I could give them a zero, I would regarding the pharmacy. I had a prescription transferred there. They were issues with insurance coverage because it was only for one month versus three months and I’m forced to get three months. They never called my doctor. They deleted all of my prescription information from the system regarding this medication. Never communicated with me whatsoever regarding it. I did call my doctor and request the three months Prescription. I’ve never heard back from Walgreens. I called them. Waited on hold for nine minutes as the phone was picked up. Put on hold picked up put on hold multiple times without any communication then finally somebody answered. Not able to help me whatsoever. Not any suggestion as to how they could help me. I basically had to set up a plan for them to talk to the pharmacist. Make sure they had my phone number on file and ask when I could expect a call regarding the status of this prescription. This seems to be an issue with Walgreens pharmacy as a whole if you look up their ratings online at various stores, it’s really sad that through my Express Scripts I’m forced to deal with them and I hope that that changes because their service is absolutely awful and it’s not just the service. It’s the attitude that they’re unwilling to take steps to help you or rectify the situation. They simply don’t care.

I used to really enjoy this Walgreens but unfortunately the majority of their pharmacy staff are just rude. They have no customer service skills at all! Do better....

Everyone should go to Walgreens. So courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have great products and constantly upgrade products to the new ideas out there. Pleasant experience every time I go to Walgreens

Pharmacy staff extremely rude. Always issues getting prescriptions filled correctly. Manager isn't there to help because it has the same rude attitude.

The head pharmacist Amy is absolutely terrible! I have had issues twice in one week with two different medications! Neither of which should have posed any major issues, but she was absolutely unhelpful, acted less than interested to find any information out for me. When I asked to speak to her (the manager) she walked over to me looking completely annoyed before I even opened my mouth! It’s their job to help customers and provide a service to patients, of which Amy seems less than impressed to have to do at the moment!

The Walgreens Pharmacy Technician at12145 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223was rude to me and she was not helpful or patient.There was a problem filling my new RX (for my Glaucoma eye drops)I asked the Walgreens Pharmacy Technician what I should do since I needed it today. She was rude and just told me that she couldn't fill it and said that I could pay out of pocket, She was rude and not very helpful.So I went to my car and called my Dr. I explained it all to him and asked him to Send a new RX to a different Walgreens.He sent it to The Walgreens at 105 Julington Plaza Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32259When I arrived to the Pharmacy counter Amanda was very kind, patient, helpful and professional.

The shift lead there helped me with a FedEx shipment and photo pick up - I was in and out in 3 minutes on Christmas eve. Great service with wonderful attitude.

The customer service in the pharmacy at this location is amazing. I’m not sure how many technicians there are, but the 2 I have worked with have been so willing to help in any way and so personable. Very happy to have this as my pharmacy!
