Not the best experience.
I came in after seeing the Dr around 4:20pm. I asked if they received the Rxs and they said yes and then I asked about how long it would take to fill them. The tech wasn’t super nice and said it was just her and the pharmacist there so maybe 530 and they close at 6. I come back at 530 and go through the drive thru. A different tech takes my ID & insurance card. Scans and then asks for my payment. Never says how much it is. Thankfully before I left I checked the bag. They forgot one of my meds. I park & go inside. The original tech I spoke with checks the order & fills my Rx and doesn’t even apologize for forgetting one of my Rxs. Mind you these are easy to fill because two are sealed packs and then just cough syrup. You just check it’s the correct meds and slap my Rx sticker on it. I get home and finally going to take my cough syrup and there isn’t a medicine cup.
I understand pharmacies are busy but these aren’t hard Rxs to fill and things like this shouldn’t be missed.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Unprofessional, slow staff. Even if this is the closest pharmacy to you I would recommend making the commute somewhere else.

New patient to Walgreens. My experience yesterday and today I received was “she could care less” today with a pharmacy representative (Christina). Impatient.. inconsiderable.. didn’t care to explain to me what’s needed to be done ( so that I could possibly help expedite the process) or what would be done to help me help them. When I explained to her that my insurance company said that I needed a prior authorization on one of my specialty medicines was the reason for the delay. Refused a timely response or to provide any follow up on my request. Showed no empathy or compassion when I explained I had been dealing with this request for the past 24 hours and still nothing has been done or resolved. No calls were made yesterday to my insurance nor today and it seems like it was not going to be done today neither. Being that I am new to Walgreens and this is my first experience I truly believe that I need to take my business elsewhere. I felt this review was needed in efforts to improve on patient care experience. Today is Dec 3rd.. and the pharmacy representative that I spoke with Christina please help her with her patient care experience.

This place is really bad customer service they don't explain nothing they don't help with nothing I come some many times and come back again because the cashier to the farmacy want make all more difficult she is a bich very simple .they make a horrible experience when you go there they don't understand the people go because in my case my son have asma all night and Im be some many hours in emergency to the hospital and I need his medicine.

I had the most wonderful experience here yesterday with Sam helping me at photo dealing with my FedEx delivery, suggesting to print my return slip as a photo and handling that headache like a pro; & Jesus at checkout was more than a sweetheart taking a moment to confirm something with me and answering the questions I had. I came in the store overwhelmed (with a lot of things to knock off my do to list) & walked out refreshed after my interaction with those 2 wonderful individuals, true gentleman. Who helped cut my to do list in half!!!!! It may not be the closest Walgreens to me, but I may just take the few extra minutes and make it my goto store :) <3

This location needs to send their pharmacist to school on customer service. Shanee' I'm sure I spelled that wrong is ridiculously rude.
I am always super nice when calling for any type of service so there's absolutely no reason to be rude and act like your customers are irritating you. Just short and obnoxious with me and I was very could barely breathe enough to ask a question. I will be transferring and contacting corporate.

This store covers a big geography and is consistently below the company standards in my experience. Small example, for months the drive thru speaker has been broken, forcing customers to yell and workers to stick their head into the drawer to communicate. How much can that cost? Pharmacy communication accuracy and confidentiality are important. That's just one example.

The pharmacist got hostile when I returned to the store because she didn't screw the cap properly on my liquid medication and it leaked on my other 3 prescriptions. I waited my turn, smiled and said hello before telling the clerk that my liquid Rx spilled out unto the bag. She alertrd the pharmacist who came out in a huff. "How did this get busted!!!?" "I think the lid is on crooked. It spilled inside the bag" (which was handed to me at drive thru) "I KNOW I screwed it on right!" "IDK, but could I please get a fresh bottle and will you reprint the info for this one that's not readable?" She mumbled and sneered as she used a spray cleaner to wipe off the gooey bottle... glancing at me, as if I were responsible for her error. Okay, bad attitude. I could not believe my eyes as she began to top off the leaky bottle!! That she just slathered in Lysol! . I have no idea how long my medicine was unsealed. And I am certain that recycling prescription medication is not within health codes... I was not upset that she made a mistake. However, I did request a fresh bottle and feel that was a reasonable request. She lost her temper worse when she saw that I filmed her doing it! Closed down the whole pharmacy screaming at me for videoing her bad behavior! Screaming for a manager. "You cannot video me!!!" Yes. I can. And did. Check out this rude and filthy person, as she tops off the leaky bottle and intended to give me half old and unsealed meds mixed with some fresh. No way. This is HEALTHCARE. Totally unacceptable. Negative points for horrible attitudes and drama! Do not use this filthy pharmacy. Gross!

Although this is not where I have my prescriptions, my daughter, and grandchildren have prescriptions at this location. The store is always clean and nicely stocked with all the merchandise that they have. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Walgreens is always out of needed medication. My mother's Lyrica was out of stock for a month and today I went to pick up my medicine. They had my nausea medicine but not my pain medicine.The young lady asked, " you didn't know we didn't have the pain medication? It is on back order." How would I know I'd just come from being in the hospital overnight from having surgery. Unfortunately, CVS does not accept my insurance but if I had the money to pay outright then I'd definitely go back to getting my meds from CVS.
