Customer service is terrible!! Walgreens really should do something about the lack of customer service at the Soutel location in Jacksonville!

Maybe the entire staff should consider working at a kennel because their people skills are nonexistent! This is the worst pharmacy in the city. All the staff is rude, inconsiderate and nonchalant. They show no empathy or care for patients. I don’t understand WHY they are still employed!

Go somewhere else, staff is rude, act like they are annoyed that you are even bothering them by being in the store! It's a shame too, because people that can't drive to another store like I can is stuck dealing with those idiots!
