Avoid this pharmacy. I was happy with them when I first started using them about a year ago. Since they got everyones transfers from Winn Dixie selling to Aldi, they have plummeted terribly and simply put they don't care about their customers anymore. Maybe if they get more employees they won't be so hectic but for the last couple months the Pharmacist and techs seems angry, it take an extremely long time to get anyone on the phone and then they have straight lied about several things because they are too lazy to check. I've gone without needed medication because they can't get their own details correct.

Why can't you ever talk to someone, waited on hold 46mins to still be the second in line, this don't make no sense, if you can't get to your customers then don't take on more than you can handle, I have NEVER WAITED THIS LONG FOR NOTHING, I mean what's wrong with this store,, SAD

My experience was incredible things have changed from past reviews and gave this review to encourage the very same new good regular awesome change everyday we all love and enjoy.Walgreens is awesome when everything is working.Everybody wants to love Walgreens and come to the place they know and go about the day.

I called this location and they picked up without saying thank you for calling Walgreens. Hung up on me the first time. Called back and same thing said picking up. I asked about my 2 meds that the app said needed action. Didn't tell me why. And said it'll be ready in a few hours. But if I wanna wait in line I can have it ready in 15mins.Not good customer service

There is one of God's angels inside the pharmacy. Vanetra ( I really hope I spelled the angel's name right ) was so helpful with me right out of the hospital. She even saved me a ton with my Good Rx app since I am new to it. To have that type of kindness in such a hectic job is rare and she displays compassion, kindness and a warm welcoming smile. Perfection ?

Jyo the pharmacist was awesome. He took care of my father and my Covid boosters and flu shots with ease and almost no wait. He explained the insurance situation very knowledgeably. There was very little wait and the cost was perfect. I can't recommend Jyo highly enough as he attended all needs and was very friendly and personable.

Useless...I would give zero stars if I could. My son had an appointment to get a vaccine. He called the day before to confirm that they had it on hand. They did. They told him to make an appointment online. He did. When he got there, the pharmacist said that she DID NOT KNOW HOW TO MIX IT! We waited almost an hour trying to find another Walgreens that might help us. I spoke with the manager who was going to "help" us. Didn't happen. If I owned Walgreens stock, I would dump it. Just my opinion.

I saw Cathy Odom today. She was amazing. I have had ongoing health issues and i feel like she’s the first person to listen to me to get to the bottom of them. She spent so much time with me, was super through. Everyone was fantastic from check in all the way til the end

Today I had a telehealth visit with Catherine Odom MD. About 5 minutes into my visit my internet connection went bad and the doctor thought I had disconnected. However, I was still connected and much to my surprise, the doctor got up from her desk and started complaining about me to her colleagues. She said “She needs to see her primary care physician about her problems. I’m not an urgent care doctor. These people need to stop treating this place like urgent care!” My visit was for a sore throat which, in my opinion, doesn’t justify as urgent care. I was seeking a diagnosis which I did not receive. All I received was complete disrespect and insults from Dr. Odom. The behavior of the doctor was unprofessional and honestly embarrassing since she was under the impression that I had disconnected the call. When someone is seeking care in any capacity, that needs to be recognized and handled appropriately and unfortunately for me, it was not. Thank you June for relaying my complaint to management. You were the only person who helped me today.

Don’t count on this place ever having any medication in stock or even informing you that they are out of stock. They have done this to me numerous times. Don’t bother … might as well just stay sick.
