Stores usually pretty well stocked, came here for distilled water but left without getting any, my memory... Haha. Got $70 worth of stuff otherwise. Will come back today to attempt getting water again.

This is Pharmacy is the worst. You call to get an up date and they say we will call you. And they never do them you reach back out and then they tell you u need prior authorization. With if they would have done their job and actually looked it up when you first called you could have called your doctor and your insurance and had them do it. But now it's Friday at 5 and the doc is closed for the weekend I am on pain medication so now I'm going through withdrawals because some Walgreens employee doesn't take pride in her job so now I have to be sick and in pain all weekend. Or one time they said it will be ready in 30 mins so I drive there just to be told that they are out of stock. Because again they don't check first. Then she had the nerve to give me an attitude when I called her out . So I light her up and told her how I really felt if you don't like your job quit.... And to Walgreens your dealing with medications that can have negative effects if the patient doesn't take their meds blood pressure, insulin, pain medication. If you have staff Members that
do not understand that and they want to treat this as just a pay check and want to do the bare minimum then fire them I will be calling corporate. And I will be filling a complaint. Against this pharmacy and the nasty older lady with short hair that thinks it's ok to give customers attitude because they messed up and said we're busy sir. Were all busy so what's your point.Is that the validation for you to not do your job to skip steps and mess up orders and give wrong information and not pull up your file to see what's going on because your busy. No that means you can't handle the job requirements, and do your job to the fullest so you don't have any business working in this department.Go work as a greater at Walmart but wait there busy to. This staff needs to all be replaced because if you leave one and they train people because they been there the longest then the will teach the same lazy ways as before this pharmacy should be ashamed of them self but thank god to. CVS on Phillips and Bay Meadows it's a longer drive, further away from my home but, I never call them they call as soon as there is a problem and they handle it right away they do the leg work they reach out to my doctor This Walgreens tells me to call insurance and my doctor and do there job for them. So if your health and quality of life depends on you taking medication. Then do not use this pharmacy Use CVS on Phillips and Bay Meadows.. were they are on top of their business and actually care about you and take pride in their job ....... I never gave a review before but if I can save one person from going through what they have put me through then this was worth it God bless and to Walgreens you should be ashamed of yourselves and to the older lady that makes excuses and uses that your busy to not do your job Quit because I will not stop writing and calling corporate on you till your fired.. now I have to go I'm busy.!!!!!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with. Prescriptions are never ready in a decent amount of time, I always have to go there multiple times to push them to fill. I say go there because if you call they do not answer their phone or continuously put you on hold without allowing you to speak. When you bring your concerns to store management they always say “it’s busy”. I work with clients and “it’s busy” is never a valid excuse to ignore people

Don't go to this location. Customer Service is the WORST. This is for the pharmacy dept. Just as the other reviews stated Michelle the Pharmacist puts ALL controlled substances on hold for NO reason throwing people's pick up dates off by days at times.

I wish there was a closer pharmacy. The pharmacy lies here all the time. MD sent Rx in 7 days ago. Called yesterday and they said it'd be ready after 11:00 today. Went to drive thru, Walgreens said they needed MD to approve again. This Rx I've been using since 1993. I said what ? No text, no phone call, MD office closed until Monday. Without medication for 3 days now and only slept 4 hours last night and had the sweats. Wish I co

Horrible service. Wait 24 hours for prescriptions that are just sitting in a shelf. Go there just to see staff standing around underwhelmed. They should close this location

I was in dire need of my insulin, called Tuesday and they said prescription would be ready by Thursday. Friday comes I call and they say it is in stock, drive to the Walgreens and they tell me it is not in stock that they are still waiting ? I wait over the weekend with no insulin , call today at 11am and they say they have my insulin in stock will be ready at 1pm . Drive to Walgreens and they tell me it is not in stock ? Why would you tell me everytime I call that it is in stock if it isn't . Why would you LIE to a patient that needs life saving medicine ? Worst Walgreens I have ever been . Liars . Then they tell me to go to Merrill and pick my prescription from there because they didn't want me coming back.

Don't bother going here for a flu shot unless you want to wait 30 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT and they're not busy!! Ridiculous. We will go back to Publix next year for sure!

This is a rating for my mother who has the hardest time here, who feels like she is stuck here because she is afraid she is going to have to go through the same hassle again if she were to change locations and she really can't keep having her prescriptions being put on hold because of the drama. I'm writing it because she is afraid of retaliation.The reason it is a two and not a one is because I called for a separate issue, and while my phone call dropped twice, the person that I talked to was helpful. They didn't have my prescription brand, but they were willing to call around to pharmacies who might and refer me to them.The majority of the strife is probably the phone. Getting ahold of someone takes a few mins... but the phone system is glitchy.Walgreens, if you wanna help your people (employees) out, fix the phone issue!

Pharmacy could not care less about the customers needs. They couldn’t enter the system but wouldn’t find a way to inform me about the issue from 12 noon to 5:30 I was waiting for them to fulfil my prescription. I had to call over 10 times!!!!
