Clerks need to retraining on passport photos. My photo was obviously edited out and the state department very clearly photos with any digital editing of any kind. This was my second failed attempt at getting a passport photo.

Monica’s spirit is special. I just spoke with her for two minutes and she’s one of those people where you swear you’ve known her for much longer. Great hire, hope she stays for a while. This neighborhood needs it, thank you Monica.

The pharmacy has the worst staff you could ever deal with!! They're racist, rude, they can't count, they can't answer the phones, using the app or phone refill system doesn't work at all... I understand they're busy and probably don't make much money. But being a good human is just that! If they actually took care of customers promptly they would not get backed up. I was a server for years and could take care of 50 customers at once all day long. These people just suck at being humans and I have had to have management fix issues multiple times! When I have had to have prescriptions transferred to other Walgreens I realized how bad this particular location really is!! If you can stay away from this location, do so!

I have been a Walgreens customer for 16 years. This location is one that I walk by twice a day, thus it was quite convenient. I now have decided to move my 10 plus monthly prescriptions to another pharmacy. The employees who work in that pharmacy seem to hate the customers. . I have enjoyed the convenience of this place but would rather drive to a CVS at this point, I have not been treated this poorly by anyone in a service job in quite a while. I took my concerns to the manager but nothing was done. They do NOT care whether you are satisfied with their service or even if you receive the medications needed to sustain your life. I walked away from this location, without seriously needed heart medication. These were not controlled substances, just heart medications that I urgently needed. The clerk spoke to me like I was a two year old, with absolutely no respect or regard for my situation. Two days in a row, I left the store with my prescriptions only to find that only one of two were not in the bag. It was the same clerk both times. The first day she basically said I “lost the bottles or they were stolen”. She was 100% sure she put them both in the bag.
The next day, the exact thing happened, Only I looked inside the bag to see that one was missing before I actually left the store, I went back to the pharmacy window. She looked and looked in different bins and found my missing prescription. She did not apologize or even smile during either of the conversations. Frankly, she seems incapable of stringing together a complete sentence. She needs a job where she does not have any interaction with the public,
It is a shameful situation considering the profits they make from us. FYI I had tried to have light hearted conversation with her on the first day but she would not even do that.
Sadly. She has been the person with whom I have had to deal with for my last five visits and not once was she even kind or even broke a smile,

This Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with! They are always rude. They never greet you professionally, they scowl at you like they are doing you a big favor by just being there! Today was the breaking point. I have shingles which is extremely painful. My doctor called in an RX for me. I’m not in the habit of opening the bag to check the contents like at a fast food drive thru. I’ve always trusted pharmacies. When I got back home, I discovered that they gave me the wrong RX. I drove back to the store and asked to see the pharmacist. I know that he heard me, but would not even turn his head! I explained to the woman what happened. She acted like she didn’t understand what I was talking about. I had to explain it 3 times. Then she rudely said, “Sit down!” When she handed me the correct medicine there was no explanation for the error, no apology, nothing! The pharmacist was hearing everything and would not even look my way. I just read all of the other reviews and I don’t understand how this place stays in business. I won’t step foot in there again.

I called to check on an important prescription. Someone would pick up and put the phone on hold again without saying anything. That's very unprofessional and rude. So I called again, the person eventually pick up, told me to hold again without me saying a word put me back on hold. What kind of business or who does this. Got to find another pharmacy this is ridiculous.

So I place an order for a photo calendar the night before online. The confirmation from the store says I can pick up my order anytime after 9:50 am. Ok kool that’s perfect. The photo calendar was an anniversary/birthday gift for their 52nd wedding anniversary and 89th birthday. Let’s not leave out we’re visiting from out of town. We stop by Walgreens on the way to their Anniversary/birthday party about 3:30 to pick up the calendar bc it’s their gift. The staff tells me very nonchalantly it’s not ready the person that does pictures doesn’t come in until 4. Then you can come back and get it. I expressed this is a present and we’re headed to the celebration now. You only have 1 person that does photos? The notification said I can pick it up after 9:50am. The person just looked at me and said ok again the person who does photos comes in at 4 pm you can get them after then. Out of frustration and lack of urgency from the nonchalant associate I left. I had been trying to get this done the day before at cvs and they were more understanding and helpful even though they were low in stock with what they had. So NEVER AGAIN!!! yall got it on this Walgreens. I will be sticking to CVS when I come. N they got your 5 start review even though they couldn’t assist with the task.

I wish I could give zero stars. Nothing but problems. They don't pay attention and you end up not getting all prescriptions. Then they cancel stuff if they get to busy words from family dr. Can't wait til my man switches.
