The pharmacist her name cookie is very rude her tone of voice towards her customers is out right sad she talks with a tone of I don’t care and snotty I was shocked she does even provide genuine energy doesn’t say how are you or have a great day nothing Lead needs to talk to her seriously

I placed and order for a photo book and photos. I see it will be ready in 30 minutes. I decide to wait and hour and I went. I arrive and the order is not done. The young lady tells me no one had been behind the counter in an hour because they had a truck arrive. She could do the photos but the book would be at least 2 hours. I said ok I understood and was ok coming back. I get a call 5 minutes later from a manager stating the photobook machine was down and unable to be done and the order would be cancelled. He stated they had no way to transfer the order to another store. Sadly if there is no capacity to create this kind of order Walgreens should have informed me I could not choose this location. The manager was unhelpful and now instead of my entire order being cancelled I am stuck having to go to back to get my photos and my photobook at another location. Inconvenient and unacceptable. It takes forever to create a photobook in the first place and then this poor treatment. I only put 5 stars so people higher up would read this since 1 stars are mostly ignored by corporate. Walgreens should resolve this issue. There are two stores less than 2 minutes away and I already knew the others stores machine was down from being there earlier in the week and this stores machine was working last time we did the book.

The manager wants to run the pharmacy short of employees to see a profit with only a few employees charging this erroneous management strategy to the customers. I am asking Walgreens' main offices to see this poor management procedure and change it by not penalizing their customers. Waiting time is extraordinary

Customer service could give Popeyes a run for their money. One pharmacist worker, nicknamed cookie, did not live up to the name. She was the opposite of sweet. It may have been because the rest of the pharmacy was slow, or maybe she had a bad day, but I won't be coming back. Absolutely awful, I highly doubt anything will change.

Not open at time listed!!! It's listed as 7am open time. Why are the workers walking up at 7:55 unlocking the door talking about its going to be a couple minutes before we open. SMH

Pharmacy is useless, they are always messing up orders. And will literally have you on hold for 10 minutes just to hang up on you at the end. It’s absolutely crazy how incompetent they are!

My original pharmacy was at Winn Dixie but because they got bought out, my prescriptions got switch to here. I had no issues getting my prescriptions even thought everytime I went their customer service was terrible. Today was 10x worse. I had an appointment today that required me to bring in a prescription that I needed to pick up. I called ahead and was assured that at 11:30 today they would have it done. I initially had 2 prescriptions to refill but got a call an hour later that one of them was out of stock.Get this, I go into the pharmacy at 11:32am to pick up my medication that I needed for my appointment (medicine 1). When I arrived the guy told me that the other medication ( medicine 2) I needed was in stock and whoever was doing the callbacks and inventory didn’t look on the shelf and marked it as out of stock. He told me it would only be a couple of minutes. Cool, I waited still wondering about the other prescription that I needed for my appointment. After a few minutes, he gives me medication 2 and told me to have a good day. I looked at the guy taking care of me and told him that I had one ore prescription and he looked at me confused. He looked in the system and told me it was put back so they had to redo the process. The process I started this morning and was told at 11:30 would be ready. I have an appointment at 1pm. He went to his pharmacist and she told him that it would be after she refilled 37 other orders. Cool, I asked how long that’ll be and she said “when she’s done” and then proceeded to answer a phone call on her personal phone and not work. I looked at the guy and said “when she’s done with that can you get an estimated time, I have an appointment at 1pm for this prescription and I was told at 11:30 it would be ready”. He waited and asked and then the lady said “it’ll be done when it later done”. That’s when I got heated, I asked the lady again who wasn’t doing anything at this point but staring at a screen, and she said “I’m not arguing with you, you didn’t come in to pick up the prescription so we put it back I now have 40 other orders to refill before yours go sit down and wait”. Excuse me?!? I respectfully told the guy to put me on the phone call list because I was not going to wait around and continue to watch this lady do nothing and argue with me.I don’t understand how I ended up leaving with a prescription they had “out of stock” but had to wait for a prescription that I was there to pick up only 2 minutes late.The experience with that lady alone was awful, she was rude and not considerate, now because of this fiasco I have to reschedule my appointments around. I did my due diligence and was only 2 minutes late, I can’t imagine that writhin that 2 minutes, they grabbed my prescription off the shelf and put it back. The gentleman that helped me did the best he could but didn’t want to fit back with her either.The past times I’ve been here wasn’t pleasant but it was never displayed in a manner that I had received today. I will be calling my doctor to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy because that was the last straw.

The pharmacist at this location is the worst I've ever dealt with. After speaking with her on the phone, my doctor advised me not to deal with this Walgreens. She insisted that the pharmacy employees at this store are "stupid, incompetent, and unprofessional". Sometimes you run into a person who is so bad at their job that it brings everyone else in the team down, that's this pharmacist.
