So unprofessional. The staff was extremely rude. I was told a prescription was ready. When I arrived it was not. I truly felt like the staff couldn't be bothered. I had to walk in with my sick infant after not receiving the help I needed at the drive thru and they still could care less. This includes the techs and the pharmacist. I will never go to this pharmacy again.

I swear every time I turn around, something is wrong with this store and the pharmacy. The only reason I ended using this store is because Harvey's doesn't take Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. No one cares because the store is in an urban area and tge city definitely overlooks the less fortunate areas. I have prescriptions and I couldn't fill for myself as well as my husband. Just plain damn unacceptable

I made an appointment and when I showed up was told that regardless of what my appointment time was they wouldn't see me because their hours changed. I was also told that I wouldn't have been seen anyway because I was early. By a whole 10 minutes. But my appointment confirmation told me to get there early or else I would only be seen on an "as available" basis. I didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call to let me know, even though I made the appointment two days ago. If someone is sick and possibly has COVID, the last thing they need to do is be out and about when it's not necessary. This is just one more of a hundred places that customer service has massively declined over the last year. I should expect it by now.

This pharmacy is a joke. I have came here for a week straight trying to get prescriptions, but they were closed. How in world is the freaking pharmacy closed for a week straight. Then to add insult to injury. I told the young lady I didn’t have insurance and my prescription was delayed for a whole week because “my insurance was expired”. I called every day telling them I did not have insurance and everyday my prescriptions was delayed because they ran it trying to use insurance I don't have. This walgreens is going to get what they are asking for.

Another Walgreens in a poor area of town that shuts down whenever it feels like because the company doesn't care to make sure these parts of town are properly staffed. Allowed my wife and I to set appointments for Covid tests at this location just to show up and have the whole pharmacy closed until further notice!!! Why would you let us set the appointments then!?!? I hate these companies that don't care about poor areas of town!!
